She made me feel comfortable and confident while also maintaining the "hard" polygrapher aesthetic. As long as you come in with a plan to be truthful you'll be fine. The negative reviews are a little much I think ... since when is doing a polygraph a "pleasant" experience? Just tell the truth and don't take anything personal. They are doing their job to make sure you can handle the heat while also maintaining your composure. If you can't do that sitting down in a chair how are you going to fair out on the streets as an officer.
