If he is unavailable he will tell me he is very interested , he might be able to help or he definitely will be able to assist or if there is no way he could help me or a friend I am calling for, he is honest and tells me right then and there. It's unbelievable what the difference in competence between different attorneys are. My previous attorney had given me (what we eventually found out) bad advice which would have put me in distress. Further, that lawyer seemed relatively uncaring about my situation. Fortunately, after hearing about The Lawyers Group through a friend, I contacted them and it was clear they not only knew what they were doing, but they also cared about my situation. I eventually dropped the previous lawyer and went with them and things worked out great. Mr. Alborz is a great attorney that fought for me. The staff was very responsive as well. The Lawyers Group isnt the same with the different stff. I have a huge personal injury case with them. Cookie was taking care of everything and on top of what needed to be done. I was assigned two different attorneys. Unfortunately the one that upfront and honest and really pushing for my case, passed away. Since that, I had (JIM) represent me at a settlement conference. Gave me positive vibes and assured me that my case will go in the direction it had originally planned to go in. WELL... that didnt happen. It was settled for less then expected. He gave me a FIRM NUMBER of what Id receive from it only to have him turn around and fckn lie to previous staff that he NEVER told me that. I have NO REASON about what Jim had mentioned to me. He gave me number in such confidence and apparently flipped it. The fact that they have certain dishonest and cold "professionals" working in a legal field or representing is a shame. JORGE is another! He has taken over the job of a Paralegal. Not only is he beyond fckn rude but a bullshitter. Emailed Cookie (previous paralegal/legal assistant) at the Lawyers Group and asked her to send and have me sign my release because I DO NOT respond to email. WTF!!!! He has only emailed me once and instead of replying to him I called him. I emailed him and made sure he was aware of such. Now as far as my motorcycle case...I dnt think ANYONE there (except David and Ben) who are still there has helped my motorcycle case but Cookie. This office isnt the same since Cookie, Carolina, and Melanie left. Theyre dishonest, liars (some), and bullshitters. I have been in the bike scene for many years and the fact that some people find them trustworthy is sad. When someone tries and replace a loyal team with grimey lying people just for boosts and likes is not only sad but dirty and shady. Nobody deserves to get screwed by being bribed into providing funds to clubs or events. I believe that if u want the loyalty and u want the firm promoted, show loyalty. Show hard work. Terri Diaz doesn't return calls the lawyer I signed with NEVER returned not 1 phone call. when I told her I did not want to accept the settlement she told me I had till 7/10/16 or it wouldn't be valid. They refused to refuse my settlement offer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING OR USING THIS SO CALLED CHRISTIAN LAW FIRM THEY ARE A JOKE. Dealing with this law firm was by far the worst experience when dealing with attorneys and legal issues. They did not fight for my case at the least bit, nor did they portray themselves as professionals, I was sexually harassed by an employee of theirs and they cheated me out of thousands of dollars that belong to me. They claimed that after they stated particular amounts for my medical expenses, they only a small amount of money left over to pay these expenses when clearly they had already kept at least 75% of settlement disbursements, to then negotiate with the providers and pocket any extra funds that should have came directly to me. The attorneys along with this particular employee reassured me that my case would be won considering the damages that occurred to me due to the accident and that I was not at fault. They quoted me a certain dollar amount numerous times with reassurance on it, especially considering that my injury is still existent and that my medical expenses continue to worsen. When figures were brought to the table, I corrected them on their mistakes and how they were attempting to swindle me to gain more money. They did not like the fact that I can easily back up my claims and calculations after providing them with exact figures on what they were NOT entitled to. I am still dealing with filing a Complaint Case against them through the State Bar Association to have this firm be held responsible for their unprofessional behavior and unlegit ways. I am also trying to get to the bottom of why my medical expenses and permanent medical issues that the Firm failed to pursue in helping me with, were simply being ignored and they clearly only became concerned when it had to do with what portions they would be pocketing once the settlement was done, also what more they can get then what they were entitled to. When these and more issues were brought up to their attention, they suddenly decided to close my case when technically they have not even finished paying my medical expenses after claiming they have, and the fact that when asked about why I was still receiving calls form providers about balances not being paid, the Firm gave me nothing but excuses. Their entire outlook is to find clients that they can sucker into handling their cases so that they can attempt to keep more then what their contracts state. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE WHEN DEALING WITH ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR WORKERS COMPENSATION CASES. GO ELSEWHERE. The firm shows no concern when it comes to your case, and continuously ignores questions you may have to not get to personal and walk away once the case is settled, making one believe that they are working legitly.
