They would not accept a return for a holiday purchase. My wife was in here on a Saturday in early November and found a dress that she liked but did not purchase. I went back the following Monday and spoke to the same person that helped my wife on Saturday and they told me which dress she liked. I purchased it for a Christmas gift. However, at Christmas, it turned out that that was not the dress that she had picked out and when she went to return it an early January, they refused to accept it back because it was more than 30 days old. Even though they were the ones that had told me that was the dress that my wife Liked. The dress was unused, tags were still on it. Why would you ever purchase anything there as a gift? This is a very nice store, however I am giving a low score because the sales people seem self important and only moderately helpful. Very disappointing as I live in Vero and would probably frequent this store (and buy) more if the sales people were more helpful. read more

I wandered into this store while in town for a wedding looking for something cute to wear to an after party. No one greeted me or said hello which is fine (sometimes you want to be left alone.) I was dressed kind of ratty coming off of the beach so I'm sure I didn't look like someone wanting to blow money on Lilly. I shopped around and found a cute romper to try on. I stood by the single dressing room for a while and no one came over so I went inside and proceeded to try on the romper. It was adorable! As I was changing back into my clothes I heard a knock on the door and assumed it was my sister so I said "it looks awesome" and to my surprise as a turned around a lady was opening the door. She looked at me like I was either 1.) trying to steal from her or 2.) had killed her first born child. She said "excuse me, we like to control the dressing room. Could you please wrap up and leave?" I stood there half dressed feeling mortified in this small shop where onlookers watched. I closed the door and finished dressing. I left the romper there along with my $150 of business to buy the romper later online. If you want to survive in the era of e-commerce, you need much better customer service than that. This was hands down the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I left feeling embarrassed and without the romper I came for. read more

We have always found the staff helpful, and friendly, without being overbearing. They always have a great selection of merchandise both on sale as well regularly priced. We always walk out of this cute shop with some beautiful items. read more

I love the clothes in this store because I am a long time Lilly Pulitzer fan. The reason for the low ratings is that the girls that work in this store are moderately helpful at best. I've shopped in here quite a bit because I'll be visiting family and we find ourselves out shopping on Ocean, but every time I do I wish I had just waited and spent my money in Lilly stores where there are friendly, extremely helpful staff....because there are many...this one just doesn't quite give you that "thank you for shopping with us" feeling. read more
