Every week my daughter comes home excited about something new and creative she has learned. As a parent of multiple children, I can honestly say I have never witnessed a teacher who cares as deeply as Miss Angela. She has a unique ability to blend Montessori principles with a strong academic curriculum, and the results are incredible. My daughter can spell, read, write, and confidently work through mathematics. She is starting kindergarten this year, but thanks to Miss Angela's dedication and teaching style, she is already understanding concepts at a first-grade level. If you intentional about your child's academic foundation and future success, I cannot recommend Bloom enough. The journey to a love of learning begins now, and Miss Angela provides the perfect environment for children to thrive.

I tapped on the link and remembered thinking to myself, "Woah. All these 5 star reviews and some are even as long as essays!?" After reading all the raving reviews we called and left a voicemail wanting to get a tour. The classroom was spacious, clean and has a lot of natural lighting which was excellent because it didn't feel like your kiddo is locked up indoor. She also showed us the books and the scientific toys kids would play. Different toys had different teaching functions, not just purely for playing, which was nice. That was our 4th tour and after speaking for over an hour getting to know Miss Angela's teaching philosophy, we enrolled. Choosing a good preschool for your child is one of the first biggest decisions we all have to make as new parents. So I really wanted to take the time getting to know who is teaching my daughter. Not just what they are teaching, but who they are as a person. For children at this young age, the number one thing I am looking for in a teacher is patience, kindness, empathy, and compassion. And let me tell you, Miss Angela is one of the kindest and most empathatic person I've ever met. You just feel so secured and comfortable knowing your child is in the best hands. In terms of her academic programs, Miss Angela teaches different themes for each month. For example, during spring months she will teach about the nature, bugs, butterflies, lady bugs, etc. In class they will raise a butterfly from an egg, to caterpillar, to a chysalis, all the way to an adult butterfly. My daughter loved the lady bugs she got to bring home. Then, at the end of the month all the parents and the kids get together watching the release of those butterflies into the wild. Not sure what the future will look like for our kids with AI in the mix, but I love that Miss Angela focuses on teaching the kids how to think and how to ask the right questions. I can go on and on and on but really once you get a tour with Miss Angela you'll know what I am talking about. It's been a little over a year, and I am now the one who's writing a 5 star review for Ms. Angela and Ms. Jen lol. But I really want to spread the word like so many other parents before me. I hope this review helps all you parents out there

A lot of daycares have small, musty grounds that seem uncomfortable for children to be cooped up in all day, but the Montessori Academy of Chino has HUGE, open, sunny classrooms with plenty of space for the kids. The entrance is secure and the sign in/out process is easy on their device (no annoying sheets to sign every day). Their outside area is gated and faces away from the street, so it also feels very safe. Secondly, the staff are attentive. Outside of the classroom, on the rare occasion I've had an issue, the director or owner have communicated quickly and directly. Inside the classroom, the teachers are nice and seem like they enjoy their job. They have plenty of fun activities for the kids and are wonderful about having special events! There is occasional turnover, but that is to be expected with any early education center. The main teachers have stayed consistent which is great for the kids. Overall, our family simply loves this school. I can't thank them enough for all they do!

I am that busy, divorced, full-time job, part-time student mom. Always running in 10minutes late. Somedays I would be so exhausted from life, but I knew when I dropped off my 4 year old here she was safe. The peace of mind all the staff members gave me I will never forget. Ms. Sonia, with her loving smile at the door. Ms. Thaushara, always so caring and welcoming. Ms. Mary in class B (with Ms. Marilou), my baby will not stop talking about how awesome you are on our rides home after school. I am so grateful to all of you! this school held the most important thing in my life, my baby. I am that mother that questions her daughter about everythingggggg from: how was school, what did the school give you to eat today(to see if the school lunch handed out monthly was accurate) , who goes potty with you, what did your teacher tell you, who are your friends, is anyone mean to you, I can go on forever. I can happily say that I was very pleased with every answer I got from my little child. Trust me she tells me everything! So when I tell you she loved it here she really did. I know my review is deep but this is a child care facility dealing with peoples children. I know there are parents out there that will appreciate my review. My baby has moved on to our local elementary school and she always refers to Montessori Academy of Chino as "my pretty school that I use to go too" . I am so grateful to this school and to all of its caring staff members. Even when my daughter did not attend other staff members class, they all know her name and great her so loving! she always felt so so special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely, Carla Morales.

There were always new manipulatives such as shapes on a table with light under it, to aid in my daughter's learning process. She was always learning but it was all through play. She would tell me about her friends there. She had a lot less tantrums at home too, because she always had a great day at school! The teachers were so kind and understanding about child development. The cost is competitive and so worth it. The only thing that didn't work for me was that I wanted someone to do all the potty training for me. The potty training was the bane of my existence as a parent because of the stressful experience I had with my first child. My child wanted to take her time, which was my only worry, because I wanted to make sure she was potty-trained by the time she entered TK, and because of my busy work schedule, I couldn't potty train much. They work with the parents to potty train, and because I wasn't ready to potty train her they didn't push it much for her. I would say to most parents in the area- send your kids there and you won't regret it! Compared to what I've seen and experienced with some other amazing preschools, Heartwood was a true gem!

I started bringing my child once she was 1 years old. As a first time mother, I was really concerned about who I can trust with my child. I'm super protective.. Before I heard about this daycare, I was searching for other daycares around the area. My daughter never smiled at other daycares. She seem serious and just checking her surroundings. Once we checked out Heartwood, as soon as my daughter saw the director and other teachers around said hi to her, she started smiling and laughing.. That was a big win for me! She normally doesn't smile with strangers but she was smiling with teachers and the director here at the daycare. This made me feel like she felt comfortable and felt like the vibe was good for her. I checked everything out and it was as I expected; clean, organized and safe. I loved everything about this daycare. During the first days of drop off, my daughter did cry the first 2 weeks when I left but after that, she was ok. Now, she waves goodbye and enjoys going to school. As a peace of mind, during the day, they send you notifications about her daily activity and any important messages. Overall, this is a great Daycare! I highly recommend it. I hope telling a bit of my story will help you decide this is the right school for you and your family. You won't regret it!

The teachers, Mrs. Pearl and Mrs. Ruby, have an impressive record of teaching here for many, many years and are very experienced in childcare. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, especially Jane, the head administrator. The kids also love "harmony," an old and delightful korean lady that cooks and takes care of the place. They work with you and make you feel as if you're part of their family. Kids here learn not only the alphabet and get started with the basics, which is done with so much fun!, but they also learn social skills, how to share, how to listen, how to wait, how to be fair. These important lessons are taught through catchy songs and practice. They also have a lot of activities throughout the year like for holidays and special events for birthdays! I've caught myself going in bounce houses more than once throughout the years! Truly love and honor this place.

They do lots of age appropriate activities every day: arts and crafts, singing, reading stories, outside/inside free play, walks, circle time where they focus on letter and number recognition and for the older preschool classes Spanish Circle. There's a good mix of activities and my kids have had fun while developing skills that prepare them well for the transition to kindergarten. I'd highly recommend ECC to any parents looking for daycare or preschool for their kids. They do a fantastic job and create a warm, welcoming and caring environment for the kids and parents alike.

When he first started he did have to adjust -- I'm assuming it's because of how big the class is in comparison to his previous daycare. But it didn't take long for him to blossom, all thanks to Ms. Tonja & Ms. Lorraine's class! Then he moved to Mrs. Jennifer & Mrs. Cassie's class the following year, and he absolutely loved it. When we had to travel during my husband's paternity leave to visit my parents in Asia, he kept asking when we'd go back because he'd missed his friends and teachers. We clearly see the genuine love that's poured towards the kids not only from the teachers, but also the staffs. Not only they remember each of the kids' names, they also give hugs (and stickers, ha) on the daily basis. The principal is also very involved, which we appreciated. Would highly recommend anyone to put their kids at CPCC-- it's worth the wait and every penny. Can't wait for the baby brother to join in a couple of years!

It was very obvious that both of the directors really loved children and were passionate about what they do, as they should be. My son's preschool teachers were also super sweet and kind. The facility itself is very clean and very child friendly. They have safety measures put in place to ensure that the children are well cared for and protected. I always felt that my son was in good hands when he was there. The curriculum is advanced and really good to help children learn and progress in their Preschool skills. They do chapel every week, it was so adorable to see all the little children in their matching T-shirts walk together. We ended up taking our son out of the program because it wasn't a good fit for him. I don't believe that it was any fault of the teachers, just rather the class size being a little bit too big for him at the time. The ratio for the three-year-olds was 11 kids to one teacher, with his class size being comprised of 22 students and two teachers. Once we moved to a smaller class size, our son did so much better. For the price of tuition (only slightly less than the mortgage on our home), I do feel that the class size is a little bit big, there are many other programs out there that are a lot less expensive and class sizes are significantly smaller. The public school system is now offering free preschool education and transitional kindergarten to all eligible 3 and 4 year old children in Chino and Ontario. Overall, it's a great program and for many kids and parents, it will be a wonderful experience.
