This place is a joke !!! DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD ATTEND THIS…read moreSCHOOL !! Please believe the reviews this daycare is NOT SAFE your child will come home with bruises and marks and scratches. When you address it with the director Rikki she will say your child is lying about what happen and will not ensure your child safety. Ms. Rikki, Ms. Nene & Ms. ashalee are not safe trust worthy caring daycare teachers / directors they are careless and sit at the front desk and talk about how they hate their job and also talk about the kids and how they don't like them... I have walked in many times during their conversation about not liking the kids at the daycare center , when you address it with them they deny. My child attended this daycare for 3 weeks it was the worse time ever I dropped my child off to schoool in perfect condition but when I picked her up from school she was bruised up and had scratches and was scared crying .When I addressed the issue with ms. Rikki the director she called my chile a liar and didnt care about her bruises or scratches that were given to her while at daycare. they have the kids pilled on top of eachother they let the school age kids in the rooms with the toddlers which isant safe and each room should be separated by age group . They don't have a good system . They are careless and your child will suffer !! It's not worth the headache DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN THIS DAYCARE !

This daycare resembles a correctional facility more than a nurturing place!! Sure there is an adult in the room but kids just do yard time around the room. You get a photo of activity but I dare u to stop by at random times and u see no one in doing anything educational. In short 4 months where our toddler attended here less than 3days a week, we have experienced the following 1. Multiple occasions I picked her up with dried stool in her diaper. Once she ended up with UTI 2. They say diapers are changed every 2 hours but based on how often they ask us for replacement and Procare timelines that doesn't seem to be at all accurate 3. I have seen kids get yelled at. Our toddler is terrified of going in 4. In one occasion that I know of a kid gained access to a broom handle and hit another kid on the head. 5. We have picked up our kid with soaked cloths in 40 degree temp . No one knew how long she was sitting in wet cloths and why she wasn't changed 6. We picked her once wearing just a T shirt with no pants in 40 degree temp another time. Excuse was that she doesn't have any other clothing. They found 2 when we asked them to look in her cubby !? No one bothered to look ?! 7 room smells like dirty diaper at 7 AM and 5 pm regardless of when u go in . If u do a tour plz open the door and smell for I wouldn't recommend anyone to leave their kids here ! Negative reviews are 110% accurate !! Front office and maybe a couple teachers are nice but the rest just don't seem to care

I really wanted to like this preschool (if we can actually it that, they run more like a daycare)…read morebecause I daughter made friend in the 7 months she was there. However the school has some serious help and safety issues. In the short my child was there I witnessed children eating paper clips, mass puddles on the floor that to well over 10 minute before they noticed (I had to inform), my child continued smelling like poop and pee when being picked up, and her being the sickest she every been since she was born. The staff would leave the noses of the children dirty and let their snot run down their faces. Although there was quite a few staff members I liked the turn around for staff members is quite high. My child constantly has new or different staff/ teacher in her class and the change was never communicated with the parents. Communication in general was lacking and when I would bring up a complaint the follow through was mediocre at best. The management implemented huge changes, ie requiring uniform while most families where on break and with such short notice less that 2 weeks. The play ground equipment has multiple broken pieces (which may have been just wear and tear) however within a month of my child starting I had to pay a "Yearly supply fee" that's was supposed to go to playground equipment. This was on top of the registration free and the weekly tuition. At this time my child had only been attending for 25 days. I would caution letting you child attend as they recently record 26 health violations for the southern Nevada health district (SNHD) and license have been changed to provi

We can't say enough good things about the staff and communication. As a new mom, I was nervous to send my then-18mo old into a daycare but the teachers alleviated my concerns. I still remember the first day when we dropped him off, I received a video of him *not crying* and singing with his new classmates, within 15 minutes. The teachers work hard to take care of the children and I can feel the love they pour into each student. The staff are extremely patient. We have a picky eater and Ms. Chrissy and the teachers worked to get him to eat and really encouraged him to try new things. The teachers make every effort to get kids to engage and get along. They address all my concerns and work diligently to prepare my pre-k student for kindergarten. I love to see his writing progress and his vocabulary explode! We love all the updates and newsletters. We especially love the pictures and videos the teachers send. I love the app we use to communicate and receive updates for the kids throughout the day. While this location is small, I also think it adds to the family feel and all the teachers know the children/parents. I feel safe sending my kids to this school and do not hesitate to recommend them to future families. Overall though, they seem pretty decent and want your child to succeed, even offering free after school tutoring. Some were very quick to respond to emails, some you would wait 1-2 days before hearing anything back. As far as homework load, that seemed fairly balanced. My child didn't have much trouble getting it done. My only suggestion would to be to switch up the semester Science projects. It was the exact same packet and project choices, for five years. They never did anything different and by grade 8, my child was mind numbingly bored with the same options. Next: bullying and drugs. Bullying is absolutely not tolerated here. Shout out to the Vice Principal, Mrs. Chipman, whom nips it in the bud with a quickness. They also have zero tolerance when it comes to drugs and are swift to react to any incidents. So high kudos for that. School events; a few are themed and very cute, others thrown together with very little thought (especially this last year). There would be only a couple days notice to the day before the event. It was strange. Graduation for 8th grades was not well executed either; no enforcement on the 4 tickets limit given so everyone that wanted to, attended (aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, you name it). They ran out of seating quickly due to this. It was unfair to those that followed the guidelines and they never addressed it. For a school that is so stringent with kids regarding rules, that was a bit disappointing to see. Next up, the front office... if you're lucky enough to catch them on a good day, they can be very helpful but again, that is a mixed experience. Catch them on (regular) bad days and they are dismissive, short, and rude. As someone who has to make calls throughout the day at my job -and- taking in consideration that I'm sure they deal with a few unpleasant parents, I'm always polite, not once ever calling with an attitude. It doesn't seem to matter. And God help you if you get ahold of Alisha; the rudest, most foul tempered of the lot. How she still works there is absolutely beyond me. If I spoke to clients the way she does to parents, I'd be fired in an instant. It got to the point that if I heard her voice answer, I would just hang up and try again later. Last but not least, the emails. I get that they need to keep people informed but the frequency that they send them is just obscene. I'm not joking. It's -at least- three times a week and the timing is so random. Sometimes you'll get them at 2pm and sometimes you'll get them at 5pm, 7pm, and up to 9pm. Weekends aren't safe either. They really need to learn to reel that in with designated frequency, days, and times. It gets overwhelming quick and it's easy to miss updates. Overall, it's an okay school but needs some restructuring, especially the front office staff.
