I never post reviews, we were with this daycare for 5 years, two kids. It was wonderful at first but the staff changed, owners changed and it all went to shit. The teachers are horrendous, ghetto, do not take care of the kids like they should. It's a disgrace. The staff are like children themselves. Have their clicks and hang out at the front desk and create drama. Do not waste your money here. Spend the money somewhere else and get the quality of love and caring your child needs read more

This daycare is the worst of the worst. They not only are understaffed, not prepared when children arrive, don't follow and of the regulations, don't send photo updates as promised, dirty, and overall the worst experience ever. My daughter would be left in a stroller when paying for early drop off cause they only have one staff member attending to all children coming into the daycare. I must say I'm very comfortable bringing my baby to this daycare The staff members are really caring and sweet. they call me when my baby is not feeling well and they are always doing cute activities with the kids . The only thing is very dark parking area is busy read more

My wife and I started sending our child to the Learning Experience when he was just several weeks old and he is a few months away from entering Kindergarten now. My kid learned his ABC's extremely early and he has been reading for a little while now as well. I know some of his friends are readers as well -- so its not just him. Many of the same teachers he had early on are still there. The curriculum there has always been education focused and it shows. The building is clean and the staff always has the kids under control. Building security is fantastic as well -- you need a fab to enter the door. read more

I came into this TLE not to long ago to apply for a job. I'm somewhat of a neat freak so I need to work in an environment that is really clean and organized . I walked in and there was one girl who was extremely sweet who gave me the application, she gave me a full description of what the job entails. I loved the facility , the place was extremely clean , I said if I had kids I'd bring them there in a heart beat. I got a call back unfortunately I had taken another job somewhere :( read more

STEER CLEAR!! I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. They are extremely nasty and shady. They will not give out prices over the phone or on their website, so I went in yesterday while I had a day off to try to get a price for nursery school for my daughter. The two women at the front desk proceeded to ask me what types of schedules and prices I received from other places instead of just giving me their price! I felt like I was at a used car dealership! I said "No, I just want to know what your price is." They rolled their eyes and wrote a ridiculous number on a piece of paper. Obviously they just make their prices up as they go along...and their prices are out of control...no where near affordable. Their prices per month are a mortgage payment. There are so many places in the area to take your children to where the employees are much nicer, more helpful not shady and MUCH more affordable. The place where I'm taking my daughter has nothing to hide...their prices are right on their website! read more

My children have been attending TLE for over 4 years. My husband and I as well as my children have been very happy with the care and education our boys are receiving. My children have been loved and nurtured since day one. The current administrative staff is the best this center has ever had. The center director greets me every morning right at the front desk...yes, you actually see her and she is a doll! The assistant director is a veteran employee who started as my sons infant teacher and wears angel wings in my opinion. The staff has created a safe environment for my son with severe allergies and his health and wellness has been managed safely and effectively...had it not been we (2 nurses) would have taken them out. The bottom line is this...if you want quality care and education for your child TLE is the place for you! read more

My child was enrolled in the infant day care program and I was outraged by what I saw. First of all I saw 10 different people that week who were taking care of my child when I was told it would be 2 teachers. Therefore I could not talk to anyone about how my child was doing because it was always a new person, and no one could give me any answers. Secondly the teachers there just let the children cry. I know you cannot pick up a child every time they cry but play with them, sing to them, show them some attention, bring them a toy don't just ignore them. I witnessed this first hand and it got to the point where I wanted to pick up someone else's child because they were crying so long and were clearly upset but the teachers did not do anything to help that child out. Every day when I went to pick up my child my child was crying, upset, and there was dried snot all over my child's face like no one had wiped my child's face in hours and just let my child cry without any comfort from the teachers. Lastly the final straw was when I picked up my child and my child smelled so badly. There was chunks of food all over my child's clothes even though I packed 2 plastic food bibs for them to put on when my child eats but I guess they where too busy to use them so they left the cloth bib on all day and it smelled so bad. When I bought my child home my child's clothes smelled so bad and when I changed my child's diaper there was poop all on the inside of my child's clothes. Which means they changed my child's diaper saw the poop on my child's clothes and left my child in soiled clothing all day even though I gave them 3 changes of clean clothes to use for this exact reason. After this I removed my child from the center after one week and went to a different place where the workers are more knowledgeable and equipped to handle children.
