So we base our home search on schools and we found Palm Beach gardens had the best schools in the neighborhood and we found learning experience through multiple referrals. My daughter was with this school for a little over a year. While it wasn't our first choice, it was one of the only schools that didn't have a long waitlist.She started in Miss Christine's class which we loved. She loved her teachers and her classmates. We always got photos and updates at the end of the day, and were very happy with how things were going. When she transitioned to the next class, things went downhill. Off the bat we didn't have the same good feeling about the teachers compared to her last class. It was an overall colder vibe, not as caring. My daughter has ALOT of emotions (terrible two era) so I understand this can take a toll on the teachers. But I didn't appreciate how every day when I picked my daughter up, she seemed like she had been crying for long durations. One day, she came home with marks on her hand. I know one of the teachers has long nails but didn't say anything because it could have come from a child. However, none of the teachers commented on the marks which to me was a red flag (usually we would get an incident report or at least the teacher would tell us what happened). Another time, after picking my daughter up, she kept repeating in the car "stop crying, stop crying." When I asked her who said that, she said teacher. I showed her photos of her teachers and there was clearly one aid who she seemed scared of. After this, I immediately pulled her out (also after seeing a similar review from a student in the same class). When the head of the school met with me after I pulled my daughter, she seemed very protective of her staff and I almost felt like she was trying to tell me I was wrong for pulling my daughter out. However, I am SO thankful I did. We transitioned her to Bluffs School and things have improved significantly. The teachers are all warm and have great energy, I love the director, and the tuition is only slightly more than The Learning Experience! Overall, we're happy we made the move. I also was to mention that you should read the positive reviews on Yelp. At least one is from an individual who thought they were posting a review for a toy store. This was our child's first daycare and within 10 days we had to pull him out due to serious neglect and abuse. He came home starving (with untouched food in his backpack), in urine-soaked clothes despite multiple outfit changes packed, and even signed in on days he wasn't there. Staff admitted they hadn't completed training, and the director "lost" medical paperwork we provided on day one. The final straw: I found deep nail marks on his arm, back, chest, and legs in different stages of healing, plus bruising on his ribs. I have proof from bath time the night before and security cameras the morning of drop-off that he had no marks, meaning this happened while in their care. The director dismissed it as a "lanyard," refused to let me file a complaint, and then willfully downplayed and excluded key facts (what marks were there, how many, and who was responsible). In doing so, she was culpable, negligent, and more concerned with protecting herself than protecting children. Later we learned other children had similar injuries, and that teachers were dragging crying kids into bathrooms, shutting the door, and isolating them as punishment. Two teachers were only let go after another staff member resigned and reported it to the health department. The result? My son developed night terrors, became withdrawn, and was referred by our pediatrician to play therapy to recover from the trauma. I don't normally write reviews, but parents deserve the truth: this center is unsafe, almost never in compliance, and still licensed. I went into the store to get some early ideas for holiday presents. The store was neat, orderly and had an extensive merchandise for various age groups. The staff was knowledgeable & welcoming as soon as I walked into the store, especially Kim. She inquired about the ages of the children I was looking for gifts for, then walked me over to the appropriate area & made recommendations. She was very warm & friendly. We absolutely love TLE! We cannot thank the teachers and staff enough for the love, care and professionalism they provide every single day to our baby. Ms. Sherril, Kaitlyn and Tyann go over and above to make sure we are informed and up to date with whats going on at the school. All of the teachers are fantastic, observant and do an amazing job keeping us updated through the app daily. It makes me beyond happy and comfortable to see my child's smile when I drop him off to his teachers. The worst experience ever . They left my daughter without any supervision on the floor in the tiny room! When I arrived to pick her up the lady at the front desk ( yes I know you are reading it ), that actually Never ever say hi to me when I was dropping off my daughter every single morning ) told me that she was sleeping and pointed out on the tiny room not far away from her desk , and meek chatting with her coworker . There was 2 of them there 2 and no one was next to my child ! My 1 year old baby was laying on her belly With open eyes and shaking . She was completely blue ! And not single person was next to her . I am Just grateful that nothing happened to her ! But do yourself a favor and stay away from there , they don't care ! This person still working there ! I gave a deposit to hold a spot and was told to come back in 3 months. We came back as accorded and for our surprise no space was available. They were going to call me back to start, which they never did. They just kept my deposit and never gave me a spot. I guess when ever you give a deposit please sign something so if within a certain time they don't call you and give you a spot, to refund you the money. Have it in writing. My son has been attending The Learning Experience since January. All their staff are very friendly and my son loves going everyday. The facility is very well maintained and clean. We've been at this center for a year now with our daughter and have nothing but positive experiences here. To start, we had to enroll very suddenly when we moved from Boca Raton to Palm Beach Gardens, and there was basically one spot left at the school for her age. I placed a deposit a few months before our move, and the school worked with me to make sure I would have no problems having my daughter start mid-month. The teachers were very welcoming and made sure she felt comfortable in her first week. We liked that Miss Udeshika (sp?) is involved in most of the day-to-day, because she is never out of the loop. Miss Mary-Beth is also fantastic, and I never feel uncomfortable asking them questions or making any requests. Additionally, our daughter LOVES her teachers, to the point where I don't have to feel bad leaving her in the morning when I see how sweet they are to her (big hugs and kisses each morning). She's attached at the hip to Miss Kristen in the Preschool class. I love knowing she's happy there. read more

The Learning Experience in Palm Beach Gardens is one of the best things that's happened for our family! Udeshika (the owner) is the baby whisperer! She is such an incredible person and truly cares about her business and every single child who attends her TLE! She makes my son feel special and safe and that is the MOST important thing. I was so worried about going back to work and having to be away from my son, but he is thriving there! When I pick him up he is all smiles and sometimes doesn't want to leave! All the teachers are fantastic and they all know my son's name (even teachers of different classes, which might not seem like a big deal but it is to me because I know how many children there are to keep track of!). They give him special attention when warranted like if he's not feeling well and always keep me in the loop. I feel at ease dropping him off every morning because I know he's getting the best care! There are a lot of TLE's but I feel so lucky because this is the best one by far! And not to mention the place is spotless! So clean, well maintained, and SAFE, which made me feel comfortable choosing this daycare. This place is well worth the price!! read more

Called the school twice this month, 2 days in a roll, in the attempt to enroll a 3 year old and an infant. Was told that the director of the school was going to call me back and see if they could make room for my kids. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Poor costumer service, poor management, unprofessional and disorganized. Shame, it looked like a great school and I was looking forward to enroll my kids here. Moving from another state and not having the chance to visit a place is already disheartening, but this place showed us even more lack of consideration and that they do not need our business. I would not recommend this school, I can't, if you are not worth someone picking up the phone to give you a call back, even if is to say they don't have room, than you are also not worth my time and money. The Learning Experience, Palm Beach Gardens Is a Fantastic Place for all children to attend. The Staff are professional and Learning is great for them. My Daughter attends TLE, and she refuses to come home at the end of the day. She thinks that she should be the last child out of her class of 4 year olds.
