He stood behind employees and acted as if it was a joke. Our daughter began at TLE at three months, and she is nine months old now. Her caregivers are so loving, attentive and on top of her needs. Our daughter truly brims with joy when she sees Ms. Erika, Ms. Cookie, and Ms. Latisha; they are like family. They have also taught us so much as first-time parents; I can't imagine not having TLE as a resource. We love that the school has an app and they share photos through the day, keeping us updated on feeding and changing schedules, as well as any supplies we need to bring in. She is developing so fast and learning so many new skills every day, all thanks to her wonderful caretakers. TLE also has countless activities for holidays throughout the year that are so fun for our daughter and that build a sense of community. The school has a tight security system which makes me confident that our daughter is safe. Ms. Monica, the business manager, knows every child's name and keeps all of the wheels turning; she's so organized and helpful with anything that we need. Turns out they don't answer the phone or speak to anyone. I was running late trying to find child care for my grandchildren so I booked a babysitter through the web site. The y the charge me $40 for the privilege. The sitter showed up and took care of the children. No complaint there. We had booked her for 5-10 pm. We returned at 9:30 and paid her, plus large tip for the 5-10 period. Now I am billed for $5.00. This is for the time that she "didn't babysit", since she left at 9:30. I complained but they said it didn't matter that I paid her for the to e promised. Only that she lady at 9:30. The $5.00 is not the point. This is a matter of principle. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Don't use this service unless you are desperate.

The school itself is a very calming environment and the director is very communicative, attentive, flexible and helpful. My son comes home with a strong interest in learning to spell all the words he sees in his environment and at 4 can sound out the letters to spell short words on his own, which indicates to me that they are preparing him for kindergarten despite him not yet being in a VPK program. I love that my son seems to truly enjoy learning at this school. I would definitely recommend it.

One nanny emotionally abused my son…read morein 2 days that she was there.When I left with my daughter to class I checked the cameras at home and she put my son infront of TV (when I specifically told her he can only watch tv when he eats) and went outside to speak on the phone. When I texted and called her she didn't respond. Then I spoke to her through in home camera and she flipped out on me calling me names and threatening that she's going to leave now if i "don't get my ass home right effing now". She continued to yell at me through the camera. While I got out of class at this point my son was distressed and crying in hysteria. She proceeded to call my son horrible names and eventually left the house and stood outside while my son was in panic crying for 15 mins while I was driving. When I finally arrived she was still outside proceeded calling me names. I ran into the house with my daughter and saw my son on the floor in complete panic. They clearly did not do a thorough background check on her. Our other nanny was good but she quit because she felt "overworked". While she never worked for more than 40-43 hours per week. Having said that the agency provided us with babysitters when our nanny wasn't available and we're very efficient with it.

She had great nanny experience, was polite and arrived on time, but seemed uncomfortable with a small infant and was used working with toddlers and older kids.
