New Mom's Alert! lol, If you are looking for a clean, safe childcare for your little ones, where they will learn a lot...THIS IS IT! My daughter has been going to this school for about a month and I love it. The curriculum is great and i can tell she's learning a lot. But my absolute favorite thing about this school is the app that you download on your phone to see updates and pics of your kid throughout the day. My daughter cries when it's time to go home...so they must be doing something right! Lastly, the school administrator are amazing! My son attended the Learning Experience on Lantana for one month and I couldn't have had a worse experience. If you do not have a "perfect child" do not send your child here. My son came from an at home daycare and was learning to adjust to this new school environment and the teachers lacked compassion, or even the decency to try and help my son adjust. Instead, they decided to say we should take my son elsewhere to adjust and then we could bring him back when he's adjusted to the school environment. And let me tell you, that will never happen. For the amount we paid, the least they could do was show compassion to the new student who is new to the school environment. But instead, they said "the teachers don't have time to help just one child". Never once was there violence, or bad behavior towards other children but my child was asked to leave because he did not adjust as fast as they wanted. So again, if your child is not perfect, I do not recommend this daycare. read more

My son has attended daycare here since he was 10 months old. The staff is incredible, from the front desk to teachers in the classroom. Everyday I drop off and pick up they greet him by his name. His teachers are beyond amazing!! Even with his advancement in classes his previous teachers still check on him Mrs. Eva. His current teachers are Mrs. Maria, Ana, and Sara and I am so thankful for them. My son loves Mrs. Maria so much every morning he runs to his class and runs to give Mrs. Maria a hung, and his eyes light up when he sees her. I have to also give credit to Miss. Sue the cook. She is always happy and smiling and my son gets so excited when he sees her! Good Afternoon, I am sure right now you are scrambling to call and notify all of the other parents of children who are graduating this evening that the ceremony will not in fact be taking place in an auditorium large enough to accommodate all of the people who were looking forward to attending tonight. And like me, many of them are going to be left feeling extremely disappointed in the total lack of organization and accountability displayed by your staff ahead of this momentous occasion. I do not understand how someone could have allowed this to happen only hours before an event that has been in the making for months. My sweet little girl has come home everyday and practiced her graduation song and has reminded us how excited she is to be walking across the stage and graduating with all of her loved ones watching. I want you to know that your complete lack of follow through has devastated my family who wanted nothing more than to share in that moment with her. There is absolutely no conceivable way that you are going to be able to accommodate that many people behind the daycare let alone provide enough parking for all of the families. And at 38 weeks pregnant I will not be standing outside for two hours in the heat and rain forecasted for the evening. You let me down today and more importantly you let down all of the children who have been preparing for and looking forward to this day. I can only hope whoever is responsible for this will not be allowed to ruin any events in the future and subject parents and children to further heartbreak. This is absolutely unacceptable. The management at this location is really lacking in empathy and compassion. Kierra, the director is far from warm and she's condescending. I feel like she's all business, all the time. I don't even think I can say I've ever seen her interact with any of the children that attend there. If you're looking for communication and honesty...I'm not sure you will get that here. My two sons attended TLE for 3 years. Most teachers were excellent. I am a teacher myself so I only expect the best. My 5 year old graduated from VPK reading fluently. This is daycare so kids will get sick. The reality is that the parents need to be responsible and keep their own kids home when they are ill. However, many do not. That is not TLE's fault. Overall, I am happy with my experience here. They use a great curriculum that is both interactive with a group and independent. I wish they had a TLE where we moved to in PSL. After being with a nanny for 2 years, I toured many schools with my 2 and 16 week old hesitant to let them out of my site anywhere. I got such good vibes from touring the learning experience that I knew I was making the right decision. The staff is absolutely incredible and genuinely cares for the students. You receive pictures and updates daily on what your children are doing. My kids, now 5 and 3.5 absolutely love being here. My younger child is far more advanced at 3.5 than my 5 year old was at that time due to the phenomenal job they do at teaching letters, numbers, songs etc. As we are moving on to enter Kindergarten, I have nothing but great things to say about everyone here!!! read more

Amazing! Hands down the best preschool. The teachers are wonderful and caring. They have nothing but your child's best interest at heart. The have great communication with parents. The management and director are on pointe with any concerns you may have. They always go out of their way to make sure children and parents have a wonderful experience. This place is disgusting...on 01/17/2018 I took my little 20 month old niece to this place on the first day I asked them why all those poor kids look so weak and sick with a runny nose? she said it was normal, to me they looked like dehydrated and very sick... She insisted that not all the kids get sick, I did trust her and brought my niece the following day in the morning around 8:00am the place was loud and disturbing, I saw all the kids come in looking sick all over again... On the second day my niece was not feeling well with a congested little nose, they said that she should build a strong immune system! On day three, she was looking the same way the rest of the kids look; broken and sore lips, bruises, high fever, diarrhea, she spend all friday night crying and her little nose bleeding and high fever. Today Monday 22nd 2018 I went to that awful disgusting place to pick up her belonging, I asked for a receipt for the 3 days she was there, I told them about how sick she is and they did not even take a look at her sad sick face and broken lips, I was very upset and surprised of the $673.50 they charged my credit card for ONLY THREE DAYS! I was charged $224.5 per day for my niece to get sick! they just care about money not the kids. I can provide my niece's medical history to prove that she was always healthy until she went to that nasty place, I will also provide pictures of her broken lips and bruises and if she continues to bleed I will take more pictures, at this point they will be responsible for medical bills. Please don't take your kids to this place and don't give them your credit card because they will charge whatever they want without needing your signature. read more

The hardest thing I ever had to do was send my daughter to preschool. This school has made the process easy. The center director is so kind, understanding and truly knows and cares about the families and children. I love how safe and clean the school is. The teachers are my favorite part! They know all of the children, even the ones that are not in their specific classroom. They greet you every day with a smile and a warm welcome. Stay away! I toured this facility twice as did my mother-in-law and we loved it all and the staff was wonderful. My son ended up only staying there one week. When my mother picked up my son on his second day at TLE he had three deep and detailed bite marks on his arm. I called the daycare and spoke with the director who then spoke with the teachers in his classroom and both stated that they were unaware of any incident with biting. They apologized for not seeing it and then stated their biting policy. The next day the same thing happened. So the following day I went in and spoke with the director and her assistant and they agreed that they will personally monitor his classroom to see if it happens again. He got bitten again for a THIRD time and once again none of the THREE adults in the room didn't see it happen again. I understand that toddlers bite, but the fact that they NEVER saw it happen even the FOURTH time it happened made me realize that this is not a safe place for my child. I wish I had taken him out sooner. read more

I am from out of town and trying to find a reasonable daycare around three specific areas to get an idea of pricing. I've read several places that this daycare only cares about money and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but obviously that was not going to happen. I called and spoke with Tiffany and asked her nicely if she could give me a range or something so I can have some general idea on how much the day care is at this location. She asked me for my name, my phone number, and my daughter's name as if she was going to give me a price then proceeded to tell me that when I come there I can get a tour and get the pricing at that point. I dont have time when moving out of state to check out 20 differenr places. I think it's poor business that they won't even give you an idea over the phone if their prices are a set number then there should be no problem giving me a range especially when I'm choosing between you and another day care. read more

My daughter loved it there last year but since the new owners have taken over it has gone down hill. My daughter has had at least 4 new teachers in the last 5 months. They are not friendly like the old owners. Their ac broke and they had to have all parents come pick up their kids by noon, the owners still made you pay for a whole day of service. They did not want to do anything for the parents, they are definitely not about the families just collecting money. I had to take my daughter out. read more

My son's teachers were observed yelling at other children during drop-offs and pick-ups. The previous Management, when the facility had opened, was very professional and compassionate. New Management is lacking in this area. My son is much happier now in his new school where he is nurtured and cared for by his teachers. read more

when i first started my son in this school within the first week he caught croup. he is my first son so i was new to all illnesses they get in daycare. i have realized later that they are just negligent with the children, leaving them in class with runny noses that often was colored and not clear or terrible coughs that sound like they are clearly ill. later in the months of being there he also caught mouth and foot disease and recently impetigo. i don't think they keep the facility clean and communicate to the parents of children who are ill or warn other parents to look out for something that may effect their child. i have since then pulled him out and looking elsewhere. Good lick to whoever chooses this school hope none of this happens to your child. read more
