Words cant begin to explain how thankful I am that my baby shower was held here. From the moment we contacted WCC the service has been nothing short of amazing. We first started our venue search back in November and were really disappointed in our findings. Nothing caught our eye or was extremely out of the way. Stumbled on WCC and the minute I reached out to them, I was impressed with how attentive the event planners (both Nicole's) were. They were so accommodating and were willing to go above and beyond for anything I asked for. The venue itself is beautiful with gorgeous golf course views. The hall is new, with a stunning floral wall and natural colors to help you decorate as you want! On top of how accommodating these ladies were, they were extremely responsive to all my emails leading up to the event. I don't think we went longer than a few hours before we had a detailed response. As impatient as I am, I appericated this so much! Come the day of the event, they added an additional table for our extra guests without hesitation. The staff went above and beyond to help us set up for the shower. From their willingness to held a hand to how well mannered and respectful they were, they left all of my guests and I in awe of the service. Rut, Edger, and several other servers were so sweet and accommodating that I really cant thank them enough. I cant forget about the food!! It was delicious! From the fresh salad to the perfectly cooked steaks and dessert, I was extremely satisfied with the food selection and taste. There's a lot that can go wrong at any event, there's also a lot of hiccups when there are so many people at an event and so much staff working it, but I can honestly say from the very beginning WCC was nothing short of amazing. To have 73 adults speak nothing but praise about service, how pretty the venue is, and how good the food was, it really tells you something! Thank you for the amazing service WCC and helping make our celebration that much more joyful!

Woodcrest county club was a perfect venue for my baby shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nikki (event planner) went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right for the party. She allowed us to drop off decorations prior to the event and coordinated with our other vendors. Due to Nikki assertiveness the shower went off with a hitch. All our guests raved about the food and the staff even provided to go cake boxes. We picked chicken parm and crab sliders, tacos, pasta and salad- all food was fresh , hot and very delicious!! I would definitely recommend anyone to have their event at woodcrest.

My husband I got married at Woodcrest in 2016 and had a wonderful experience, so when searching for venues to host my sisters baby shower, Woodcrest was at the top of our list. The event planning team is easy to work with and very responsive, which made the planning process pain free. Nicole, who was the lead planner on our event, was organized and helpful. Our guests were so impressed by the room, the views, the food and the service. Woodcrest went above and beyond to ensure we had a beautiful party. I highly recommend for any event, big or small.

Course is beautiful and very well maintained. One of the nicest golf courses in South Jersey and can't wait to play again.

Woodcrest Country Club was the very first venue we toured, and from our first encounter with George, we knew Woodcrest was it.

Tree-lined throughout the…read moreentire course requiring accurate tee shots with some elevation in the south jersey pinelands, what more could you ask for for the money! Upon arrival to the golf course, the practice putting green is usually littered with people getting ready for a round or just practicing. It's a really great site and very inviting as well since they also have Adirondack chairs for people to sit and enjoy a drink. The course also offers two driving ranges, one with mats and grass tees at the other end of the range. If you have time for a proper warm-up, go to the other end of the range as the mats are worn and Are really only good for getting warm up swings in. The golf course, regardless of the nine you play, will require you to hit big T-shots, layups, cuts and draws throughout your day. You can be even more aggressive off the tee if you have a really big ball and are accurate with the driver. Tee boxes are clearly defined and are all level. Fairways are generous enough but are still very challenging to hit because of the tree line everywhere you go. All the bunkers that I got to experience were in perfect playing condition and consistent throughout the course. Getting to the greens is one part of the challenge but actually putting on these is the big challenge! The greens are generous yet very fast and undulating. Some putts will break 2 to 3 times more than you see but having a little local knowledge would be key here! The cart ladies are all very friendly as is the pro shop staff. When we were there, the pro shop was sparsely stock which was a little disappointing but not something that would prevent me from coming back by any means. I would definitely come back and play little mail again, it's a great place to be challenged with your golf game.

There are several elevation changes and some amazing views. One of the tee boxes has to be one of the highest points in South Jersey. I played here earlier this week and the conditions were fantastic even with some of the fairways being recently aerated. I never felt the desire to look into membership at any club but I'm currently doing that.

They frequently have a buffet, with wonderful choices. The food is fresh and presented in a pleasant manner. They had a DJ on Memorial Day, he was excellent! He played a great variety of tunes! Sadly no one got up to dance. There was a young girl that was quite interested in his music and was on the dance floor twirling about, the DJ took the time to teach her the Hokey Pokey! Very kind of him! The dessert table is loaded with your choice of treats; cakes, pies, cookies, mousse! All are delicious!!! If you're from the area and have an opportunity to go, "try it you'll like it"! PS: Drinks are always top shelf!

This place almost killed my mom. We are from out of state and are traveling and decided to come…read morehere. The menu had some gluten free options and my mom has celiac disease so she confirmed with the waitress that a pasta was gluten free. The waitress (brown hair with freckles, don't remember her name) said yes and my mom also confirmed that it was gluten free noodles as well as gluten free sauce (bad experiences before and some people just don't know the sauce can have a certain ingredient). It was at this point the waitress started to get an attitude and said "yes. Like I told you before it's gluten free." My mom is extremely patient and said thank you and let the waitress take the rest of the orders. When the food got out, my mom noticed it didn't look right. When you've had celiac most of you life you tend to find small visual and texture differences in gluten free things than normal foods. My mom asked the waitress if she was sure it was gluten free and the waitress said yes. My mom confirmed again because she was very nervous about it and didn't want to get sick. The waitress snapped and said "Yes. I confirmed with the cook that it's fine." We were all pretty taken aback by her tone but you know maybe she's having a hard day. A lot of us have been servers before so we let it slide. My mom hesitantly took a bite. And wouldn't you guess it, it wasn't gluten free. We then heard her bitching to the other staff members about a "difficult customer who's being a bitch about gluten free pasta". She came running out a couple minutes later telling my mom not to eat it. Turns out while she was bitching in the back the cook heard her and said that she never told him to make it gluten free and had her go tell my mom not to eat it. By that time it was too late though. They asked if they could get my mom anything and all she asked for was water because at this point she was going to throw up whatever she ate. My mom was so sick that she could barely stand. She almost had to go the urgent care because she couldn't keep anything down at all. Her allergy is severe enough that she genuinely could land in the hospital with a single bite. The cook did not come out to apologize, the management was either not informed (which is my guess because the waitress wanted to save her own ass from being fired on the spot) or didn't come to apologize at all. No one came to check if my mom was okay. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been a server myself, so I know mistakes happen, but this was handled genuinely so bad that the waitress deserves to lose her job over this. Other family members at the table are lawyers and my mom had to talk them out of legal action. If it were me, I wouldn't nearly have been as nice as she was.

It's a quaint 18 holes (that's actually only 9 with 2 additional greens) that plays to small greens, through tight tree lined fairways. It's a classic walking course from the late 19th century which puts it as one of the oldest clubs in the country. Conditions of the course were excellent with well defined tees and fairways. Rough was even and offered a challenge to get out of but was playable with a well struck shot. Greens were perfect and the little subtle movements in the greens made putting a challenge. Bunkers were in great condition and seemed to be well maintained. Since it's a classic style course on a compact piece of land there isn't a full range, only a spot for 50-70 yd wedges and a short game area for pitches and chips. The practice green rolled true to the rest of the course. The new clubhouse offered a nice feel of old and new with a great bar area and food made from scratch. They are very proud that their kitchen staff makes lots of things like sauces and breads from scratch and the pesto stuffed chicken was fantastic. All the staff from the bag guys to the bartenders were always ready to help and very friendly, they certainly made you feel welcome. Hanging out on the upper patio watching groups come in with the guys is a fantastic way to finish the day! I just hope to be able to come back again soon!

Crispy top, and perfectly cooked and moist with too good not to dip your bread in it sauce. Two of us had the linguine in clam sauce, with half a dozen perfect clams on top. This clam sauce was the real thing. It was clam sauce, not wine sauce with a hint of clam juice. It was perfectly slightly-thick sauce of clams. OMG The meat loaf is apparently just as good, if the pleasure with which my husband savored it were any indication. Can't wait to be invited again. If you're a member, be a good friend and invite others to join you in enjoying the the new kitchen and menu, as well as the relaxing views. Forgot! Brought home a pear/walnut/Gorgonzola salad my daughter proclaimed to be the best and freshest she'd had in some time.
