When I walked in, I didn't feel particularly welcome. I was greeted and asked about my visit; I…read moresaid needed a new bathing suit and was just directed to the walls to figure out what I wanted. The associate wasn't very warm. My experience at other locations was far friendlier--the sales associates there wanted to help me from the beginning to find what I wanted. That said, after I started picking out some things, the associate came over and noted my preference based on my selections and offered to help me find other items to try on. While trying on the suits, the associate checked my progress and brought me different sizes and other suits to try based on things I was discovering. I was really pleased with the things she brought to me to try. In fact, it was a selection she brought to me that I ended up purchasing. The selection of two-piece suits offered various degrees of coverage and support. I didn't check out any of the one-piece swimsuits, so I cannot comment on their quality. There were many colors to choose from, but sadly the truly vibrant colors I was searching for appeared to be out of season. Items are sold separately, so it's easy to mix and match items, and even buy two tops with one matching bottom to leave with two swimsuits! While I was browsing, I heard a few people come into the store and leave shortly thereafter. I can see that this would be very frustrating if this was the routine that happened throughout the day. I imagine some people walk in and get sticker shock, so they don't stick around. I mention this because this store sells quality swimwear. If you want to spend less than $20 on a swimsuit, go to Walmart. But this store will sell you items that will hold up longer than one season and stay in great condition. I recommend Everything But Water.

The dresses mostly run over $100 and aren't exactly my style. The prints are mostly fun and colorful and almost 60s-70s ish. I found their sterling silver jewelry and earrings to be more interesting. They had lots of unique flower shaped earrings that ranged around $32-44. They also sell kids clothes and gifts. The interior was a little dark. The dresses were mostly made of stretchy or comfy fabric. The dresses are more casual in nature (wrap dresses, summer dresses). They also sold bathing suits for around $80. I don't know if the bathing suits are made in-house.

Dresses I looked at were between $120-$200+ but I it was clear that they used inexpensive materials and not natural materials much at all. The sale items were still overpriced to me too. The sale items I saw in this place go for about $15-$50 max at a cheaper fast to fashion places in Michigan. The styles and trends are on par with every H&M store or blank fast to fashion spot you can think of. Do be aware of what you wrote in your review as the owner is quite sensitive and spiteful and can be mean if your reviews are not glowing towards her store or her products. 3 stars was tantamount to a slap in the face to her. First she had my revised review removed by Yelp because she didn't like my honesty and then she wrote me a nasty personal message telling me I have no style and no design background to be giving her only 3 stars, but she assumed this out of anger and not because she knows anything about me. Well she went down from 3 stars to 1 and if I could have given her 0 stars I would have gladly done so, given the opportunity due to her extremely foul personality. This is her customer service face, do be aware. I can see how Csilla is overly protective and it's abundantly clear how she can get when someone isn't glowing in their reviews. See the other only honest and low review on here. Perhaps Csilla may one day realize that we all have a right to our own opinion, that's the point of Yelp, to allow for honest and frank opinions about a person's experience with a business on here. Am I wrong? Is the credo of Yelp to put false and fabricated niceties of friends and family of the business owner to make it appear they are better than they are? The message may have seemed innocuous to her, but not to me. I hope she keeps her venom and foul personality far away from me. I might add instead of wasting her time replying and making that public scene on here she didn't want, why not work on honing your clothing designs and using better and more natural fabrics or possibly changing your pricing scheme for the quality and fabrics used. I can only guess now after my unpleasant dealings with her that she must have bullied all of her 5 stars into their reviews, that's not the first time I have seen this from a business owner on here. Bullying is not okay on here.

There has only been one occasion that I purchased leggings at full price, when I received Lululemon gift certificate. You probably can tell by my check-ins I am fitness focused. Nothing makes fitness better than comfortable fitness clothing. Despite today's sales, nothing caught my eye. Net, net, no sales purchases for me today. I absolutely love their fabrics which conform to your body. Lululemon's clothing items are moisture wicking which allows sweat to wick away from your body, so you do not have a totally sweat-drenched look...not pretty. I first started shopping at Lululemon 20+ years ago and I still have those pieces. Their pieces are long-lasting continue to look almost brand new. The sales staff at Lululemon are always extremely helpful. Every section you walk through folks asking if you need help...a store friendly approach. I love the messaging that Lululemon puts on its shopping bags and on the inside and outside their stores. Super positive...

Both pairs were brand new, unused, straight from the delivery box. I tried to return the larger size and was told I couldn't... because there was no RFID tag. Seriously? There were no tags on either pair when I got them--how is that my fault? The employee acted like I was trying to scam the system with used shoes, even though they were clearly unworn and just delivered. For a brand that prides itself on "premium" customer service, this was an embarrassing, inflexible, and tone-deaf response. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you better back it up with customer service that isn't robotic or accusatory. I expected better from Lululemon--won't be ordering again if this is how they treat loyal customers making honest returns. Do better.

They have a lot of potential to be great if they just had friendlier rapport with customers.

Purchased a robe along with lingerie as a last minute surprise for my new husband on the morning of…read moremy wedding day on 10 December. I was hesitant on the robe and sales lady said it was returnable (store credit) if I found something else. I told her I wanted something that matched better because they did have anything that remotely matched the set. She said she'd leave a note that since it was my wedding, and the holidays that she didn't want me to feel rushed for the return if it didn't work - I'd have until the end of January. She'd leave a note on the account. I thought she was so helpful and nice and I gushed about how I had always wanted to come in and shop local for lingeri... On January 29 I walk in and from the word go there are problems. Different lady makes a face when I tell her I'd like to make a return upon entering shop. So I explained about the conversation. She asks for a paper receipt. I was never given one - only electronic. She still seems incredulous that I'm trying to make a return. I'm just doing what I was TOLD I COULD DO! She's treating me like I'm trying to game them out of something! Luckily I was able to find the receipt in my email and she asks me for a code that isn't there. She looks me up in the system sees the date - 10 Dec - and tells me it's over 30 days sorry can't return for store credit. I reiterated about what the other lady told me and said she did - left a note on the account. There apparently is no note. She's still treating me like I'm some kind of scammer. The kicker? The robe is a L/XL and I'm 5'1 small/med. I was in such a rush on my wedding day I didn't notice she handed me a robe that was the wrong size. I was ALSO signed up for marketing emails I never asked for. Now I'm stuck with $130 robe I can't use and these stupid marketing emails for a place I'll never ever return to. All for trying to support a local business and taking what the sales lady told me as the truth. I was lied to by Underwear's staff to make a sale to a girl who was excited on her wedding day. They don't honor their word. I'll make sure to share my experience. I hope my purchase was worth the word of mouth you're going to get from it.
