The dresses and clothes here are all made in-store and by hand. Each dress is unique. You'll see all of their fabric rolls in the back as proof that they cut and sew the clothes here. The dresses mostly run over $100 and aren't exactly my style. The prints are mostly fun and colorful and almost 60s-70s ish. I found their sterling silver jewelry and earrings to be more interesting. They had lots of unique flower shaped earrings that ranged around $32-44. They also sell kids clothes and gifts. The interior was a little dark. The dresses were mostly made of stretchy or comfy fabric. The dresses are more casual in nature (wrap dresses, summer dresses). They also sold bathing suits for around $80. Cute store from the window and nice that they sew all their dresses on site but nothing stood out to me as worthy a try or purchase. Dresses I looked at were between $120-$200+ but I it was clear that they used inexpensive materials and not natural materials much at all. The sale items were still overpriced to me too. The sale items I saw in this place go for about $15-$50 max at a cheaper fast to fashion places in Michigan. The styles and trends are on par with every H&M store or blank fast to fashion spot you can think of. Do be aware of what you wrote in your review as the owner is quite sensitive and spiteful and can be mean if your reviews are not glowing towards her store or her products. 3 stars was tantamount to a slap in the face to her. First she had my revised review removed by Yelp because she didn't like my honesty and then she wrote me a nasty personal message telling me I have no style and no design background to be giving her only 3 stars, but she assumed this out of anger and not because she knows anything about me. Well she went down from 3 stars to 1 and if I could have given her 0 stars I would have gladly done so, given the opportunity due to her extremely foul personality. This is her customer service face, do be aware. I can see how Csilla is overly protective and it's abundantly clear how she can get when someone isn't glowing in their reviews. See the other only honest and low review on here. Perhaps Csilla may one day realize that we all have a right to our own opinion, that's the point of Yelp, to allow for honest and frank opinions about a person's experience with a business on here. Am I wrong? Is the credo of Yelp to put false and fabricated niceties of friends and family of the business owner to make it appear they are better than they are? The message may have seemed innocuous to her, but not to me. I hope she keeps her venom and foul personality far away from me. I might add instead of wasting her time replying and making that public scene on here she didn't want, why not work on honing your clothing designs and using better and more natural fabrics or possibly changing your pricing scheme for the quality and fabrics used. I can only guess now after my unpleasant dealings with her that she must have bullied all of her 5 stars into their reviews, that's not the first time I have seen this from a business owner on here. She refused to sign my paperwork for school. Jokes on her I have an MBA now and work for a Fortune 500 and live in downtown chicago. So just be careful coming here if your a person of color. This place is tied with Anthropologie for my wife's fave purveyor of dresses. Deanna and Jessa remember her preferences, even. The dresses are all handmade and artisanal or whatever, but this five-star review is for the amenities. First of all, the panhandlers who love to harass and congregate outside the CVS haven't followed me into the store here, so the hobo shielding is strong with this one. The seating arrangement is also exquisite--the perfect iPhone Throne for, let's face it, probably dudes like me who wouldn't have come here on their own accord. Since it's a single-seater (with an ottoman!), the capacity is far more limited than the long bench at Outdoor Voices, so if you and I end up here at the same time, we'll need to fight for it. Stumbled upon this delightful boutique on Friday on my way to HH. If not for the wire mannequin outside, it would not have caught my eye. It's a slim storefront and not flashy. But inside was a slice of fashion heaven. A lot of very unique jewelry, all made by local artists. And lovely clothes. High quality and custom-designed. The prices are not expensive at all for the quality and design. I'm covering a coat ($150) and am hoping we'll get a cold snap to justify purchasing another winter coat while living in Texas. It reminds me of a lovely little spot you'd find walking around NYC. When you purchase there, you are nearly guaranteed that you won't see someone else wearing your item. Came here on a whim while in Austin for a conference. Def unique and hip dresses and jewelry. The owner is awesome and they really help you decide on a style that you like-I think I tried on half of the store. They have a large selection of relatively inexpensive but high quality jewelry and I ended up with a dress, scarf, several earrings and a necklace. A friend I was with got 2 necklaces and a ring. They don't have a wide array of sizes in the dresses would be a drawback. However, I highly recommend visiting if you are downtown as the quality seems high-And all the clothing is made there and so you will never find it somewhere else. Love, love, love! Why? I'm so tired of mass produced garments - which frequently include designer labels. I can't afford designer one-of-kinds at thousands. This little boutique is truly designer and made in-store. One of the two seamstresses waited on me and was friendly, attentive and helpful. Styles are contemporary, some truly innovative. Fabrics range from basic blacks, to geometrics (very figure flattering), to colorful florals. Some fabrics are cotton and forgiving, some stretchy but drapey, some stretchy but clingy. Like another reviewer, I tried on half the store. There is also jewelry and t-shirts designed by local artists. I had been intending to come in and check out Csilla's boutique for a couple years, as I had met her through a friend of hers. I'd been following her on Facebook since then, noticing all of the beautiful and unique dresses she regularly posted. Recently, she posted a number of beautiful dresses that were on sale, and I couldn't resist anymore. I went in to try on a dress that I liked. I'm not the skinniest girl, so I was nervous that it wasn't going to fit me right. I also needed a bit of help getting the dress on with the cross straps in the back. Csilla was very kind and helpful. Luckily for me, the dress did fit, and the cut was perfectly flattering. I love this store and everyone who works here. Csilla knows how to cut dresses for all body types. The fabrics are great and it's nice to buy something original. The prices are very good especially since most of the dresses are produced in very small quantities. I could have bought 10 dresses but I had to have some restraint and Csilla herself gave me honest and smart advice as to which dresses were the most flattering. I absolutely will go back when I'm in Austin. They also carry lots of beautiful - very well priced accessories - many of which are designed by women who work in the store. Great place, friendly people, and distinctive work. I'm a designer and I can appreciate the style, color choices, and thought in these garments. I pass by this place on my way to work and it's funny to see people's heads turn all the time as they pass the windows. Absolutely amazing dress and even more amazing customer service! I no longer live in Austin but about four years ago I worked in an office in the same building and would often walk by and see the awesome looking dresses in the window. I told myself that someday I'd buy one for a special someone, but at the time I had neither the cash nor the special someone. Flash forward to last week when I was in town for business and happened to walk by the shop again. As fast as Austin has been changing I was actually surprised to see it there.. Now having both the cash and the special someone I decided that that day was the someday I'd thought about years before so I pulled up the website on my phone and browsed the dresses a bit over lunch. After work that evening I stopped in, giddy to buy a specific dress I found on the site. Sadly, the dress I'd fallen in love with wasn't available in my girlfriend's size. After chatting with Lena a bit and viewing some other options I decided to just order the dress instead of getting something different. She was able to finish the dress before I left to fly back to Tucson so I could get off the plane with it in hand.
