They also had an offer to book 4hrs before a certain day and add an additional hour at no cost. Um yes, please! I looked at their easy to navigate website, read their Yelp reviews and decided to give them a call. I worked with Kara regarding billing and Matt for everything else. I was e-mailed a proposal, which included a payment date to for down payment and another payment one month before our wedding for the remaining balance. My package was 5 hour photo booth, unlimited prints and an option for guests to record a video message for us. A little while before the wedding, Matt sent me a photo strip proof and said to let him know if I wanted any changes. Within a couple e-mail exchanges, I had the exact layout, font, background and border I wanted for our pictures! Matt confirmed me with me throughout the last few days leading up to our wedding day, as well as the morning of to let me know when he would start setting up. We agreed that he would show up at 3:30pm, but he was there early and even spotted me to let me know that everything was set and if anyone wanted to test it out and take a couple pictures before our ceremony started (which was at 3!) It was nice to know he was there early and was ready to go before we even started. The line for the photo booth was busy all night! We had about 300 guests! One thing that was kind of sucky was that it was so loud with all our guests, music, laughing, etc so recording a message wouldn't be the best idea. I was kind of upset that I added that to the package since we wouldn't be able to hear anyone anyways...little did I know, Matt had something up his sleeve! I personally think the photo booth was there for longer than 5 hours, then again I did have a couple drinks so don't quote me on that! As Matt was leaving, he gave me a flash drive that included everyone's videos and pictures (both individual shots and as printed on each strip.) 10 days after our wedding, I got an e-mail from him which ended up being such a cute video they put together of all the messages/dance videos our guests left us! Excellent customer service from beginning to end with Seattle Photo Booths!!! Thank you, Matt, for all your help! Everyone loved the photo booth (especially the horse head prop! haha)

They made sure to send me a proof before the event, and it looked great! I worked with Stefan, who is the absolute sweetest. He was very personable and kind, and got everything set up very quickly. He made sure the guests knew how it worked, and then he went off-site during the event and told me to give him a ring if anything happened - we did have a slight problem, and I called him to let him know. He was back within 5 minutes and got the booth back up and running (it was something super minor). Another extra mile from Stefan - I TOTALLY forgot the photobooth backdrop and instantly panicked because the venue wasn't exactly set up for a nice background for photos. Luckily for me, Stefan was prepared. He had two backdrops in his van and let me choose, and didn't charge me anything extra for my mistake. I really appreciated him saving the day like that! We booked with Janette several months in advanced, and she was great about get into contact with me regularly to see how my own wedding planning was going and to give me updates. She was very easy to get a hold of which is highly appreciated, and she is just all around an extremely kind and friendly person, which just makes the wedding planning experience that much better. Everyone totally loved the photo booth at our wedding and couldn't stop talking about it. It fit a ton of people, the largest group photo we did had 11 people and you can see all of us! Janette brought a ton of great props that everyone loved, and she even surprised us and made some personalized ones which was great! She showed up several hours early which worked out perfectly. Our wedding was in Port Orchard which is at least an hour and a half drive away from Seattle, but it wasn't an issue. We had our ceremony and reception in the same location so I was a little worried that there might be some disruptions for the guests or for our ceremony, but that was a total non-issue, she was set up in plenty of time before our guests started to arrive. We had around 125 guests at our wedding and we went with the 3 hour package which was more than enough time for everyone that was interested in taking photos to do so. Janette sent me all of the electronic copies of the photos the day after the wedding which surprised me that she got them back to me so quickly! It's great to be able to post them on Facebook so all of the guests can look through and see their photos again, especially if someone in a group photo didn't get the copy for themselves. Seriously, everyone at my wedding absolutely loved the photo booth, and my hard-to-impress brother even commented "that photo booth was excellent"! I worked with Michelle mostly, through having her for my 2020 wedding which was then later postponed, and making a custom graphic for our photo strip. She replies quickly and answers questions fully. The same weekend after my wedding was over, they emailed me a link to the wedding album which I was able to share with guests. This photo booth was definitely worth every penny for my big day.

Entertainment options were either Ari or karaoke - the fallback Chinese favorite. But given the fact that the only songs I knew were "Itsy Teensy Yellow Polka Dot Bikini", and that my tolerance for kitsch only increases with the increased consumption of alcoholic beverages, we wisely put the karaoke aside and went with Ari and the photobooth. There are plenty of photobooth people out there, including some with Groupon deals, but we ended up with Ari because of his professionalism and dedication. Ari's price isn't the cheapest, but is in keeping with the market rate. We started the process months in advance by hammering out the details and space Ari needed. He was always prompt in answering my emails to the point that, when he was several days late in answering one particular email, I *seriously* thought he was eaten by a tiger, or had suffered some similar fate. Ari was that reliable. Ari even went so far as to take into consideration my "cultural needs" and produced a customized photo strip template with Chinese characters. At the reception, Ari worked tirelessly getting guests to pose for photos. He'd also provided a bunch of nautical-themed props, as our reception was by the water. Everyone raved afterwards what a great addition the photobooth was. Each guest was given a copy of the photos they took, while another copy was placed in our guest book. Ari also brought along pens, glue stick and other accessories for the guest book. One side note - Ari doesn't work within a photoBOOTH per se, but a backdrop and a camera set up - which means that you can try and squeeze many people into one shot. This frees up people to get as crazy as they want, and others will see the fun that's going on, and will want their own picture taken. An awesome experience and something everyone should consider for their next big get together.
