So today she had a mask fully on, none else was working the registers so I guess it gave her free reign to treat me like crap. She didn't address me when I approached to pay, no hello, nothing. Deadly glare was all I got. Maybe upset about the mask..asked for a bag, she looked at me like I was stabbing her..after payment, she stood silently, smoldering with anger, no thank you, nothing. I felt like I was doing something wrong being a patron of this store. I said thank you to her, and she said absolutely nothing back to me..so I tried one more thank you..and she screamed at me.."You're Welcome" with such disgust, I felt horrible,, not welcome at all. Really made me feel uncomfortable. Why is she treating paying customers with such abuse. She shouldn't be working with the customers when there's obviously something that's upsetting her so deeply. Everyone else there is professional and courteous. But I'm afraid Carol will be there when I go in, and I don't want to be treated with such disdain. I don't deserve that. No one does.
