After not receiving a timely call back from our pediatrician, I made an appt at The Little Clinic. We arrived earlier than our appt time, we checked in and the nurse practitioner Hayden Davidson was able to get my daughter and I into a room to start the test to check if was pink eye or not. He was personable, knowledgeable and our visit was amazing! He walked us out to the pharmacy to show us which drops he recommended instead of just telling us. Not a very good place. They don't treat patients very well. Melissa was good before. The nurse practitioner is rude and makes it all about her. They use a model where they like to think they are superior to the people they treat. This is possibly the worst experience of my entire life. read more

This location has sharply declined in its service. On my last visit, the lady at the front desk began our interaction by suggesting that I should go to my regular doctor instead. I should have just said, "Goodbye then." But I stayed because I thought things were going to improve. They didn't. After taking my money, for good measure, she insulted my hairstyle saying that it was something out of the 1950's. The doctor wasn't much better. I described the intense sinus problems I've been having as "trying to keep my head above water" yet there was no compassion, support, or empathy. I was basically told to keep doing what I was doing with home care steps. Okay, but that hasn't been working, that's why I came here! To sum it up, it was a complete waste of time and money. I wish I could be reimbursed for one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. Rest assured, you won't see my "1950's hair" at that location again. read more

This little clinic is the best experience I have had. I checked in and was taken back right away. The PCT at the front desk (Forgive me if I'm wrong, I believe her name was Katie) was really sweet and quick. Stacie was the Nurse practitioner and she was quick, informative and personable. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a sick kid in tow and was 2 min past their cut off time due to driving over 30 min to get there. There was NOBODY in the clinic and the Dr/nurse and front desk representative were chatting when we walked up. She said due to us being 2 min beyond their cut off time they wouldn't be able to help me (again, they were doing absolutely nothing and there was no one else in the clinic). These folks don't care of about your health or your kids health, they just don't want to be inconvenienced. I will NEVER go back and you should find another place to go. read more

I thought this "Little Clinic" concept sounded like a great idea. However, I have twice now had a need to use the services of this clinic, and have been unimpressed each time. A month or so ago, my granddaughter woke up from her nap--after 5:00 p.m., of course, complaining of an ear ache. With her regular physician's office closed, we opted to try this location of The Little Clinic. While the staff was very nice, this visit took FAR, FAR, longer than it should have. There was one person already in seeing the nurse and one waiting, and we were there for three hours. Even after we were called in to see the nurse, the nurse practitioner, though very kind, was incredibly, excruciatingly slow. Yesterday, I had a situation that while not an emergency, required a quick response in order to not become an even worse situation. I left voicemail at this location. . .and at 12:20 today, Sunday, I still have not received a call back. Other locations of The Little Clinic may be better, but I won't attempt to use this one again. read more

Quick and professional. Self checkin at the computer kiosk. Reception entered health insurance info. Waited about 15 mins for the previous patient to finish. Nurse practitioner was quick and efficient and even made some side chatter as she wrote up my Rx. Unlike others I had no issues with the attached King Soopers pharmacy but in general KS Pharmacies can be hit or miss. Even received a follow up call a few days later to ask how I was feeling. Overall a handy resource when your regular doc is booked up for three weeks and the situation is not life-threatening. read more

Lady was completely rude to my daughter, told her she needed her ID and a parent and couldn't be seen. Luckily we live close so she went home and got her ID, the lady and her couldn't get it out of her wallet and then she just looked my daughter up. So after giving her attitude she didn't need her ID after all. I understand there is protocols, but people need to be smart enough to think outside the box and figure out how to help people while verifying their identity as well. No need to be a B. read more

Whenever I schedule an appointment I always end up waiting at least 30-40 minutes to be seen. I get that medical professionals are busy but why offer the appointments if you still have to wait just as long as a walk-in appointment? Also the pharmacy staff is very rude and grumpy read more

My recent visit was not worth it this time. First I must say Melissa who I usually see is very thorough and is excellent. I know when I have a sinus infection coming on so I made my appointment. Not knowing Melissa was not there, I had to see another gal who was a Nurse Practitioner. The diagnosis was not reflective of my symptoms. I told her my glands felt swollen and then had to ask her to check my glands, plus with the additional things I told her, I believe she misdiagnosed me. I understand these little clinics are an alternative to an urgent care or hospital but they need to hire experienced medical staff like Melissa who know what they are doing. Another disappointing fact was she was supposedly entering my prescription to be sent to Walmart as I was sitting in front of her. When I went to pick up my prescription, the pharmacist did not have any prescription for me. I live 30 minutes away so I went home and called them 4 hours later still being told my prescription was never sent to them. They finally called the little clinic from what I am told. I feel this is just a job for the Nurse Practitioner who saw me because there was no compassion. read more

Do not go to this place. I've been a couple times and this latest was a horrible experience. I walked up with about 20 minutes until they closed. They were seeing one person at the time and they turned me away because it was going to make them stay 10 minutes past closing. They need to come up with new closing time policies, or maybe they should actually care about the people coming to see them. You should go right next door to the Walgreens. Went here to get my strep swab done - friendly staff, pretty quick. If you have a complex issue, go to your primary doctor, but for more typical things this place is faster and cheaper. read more

Stopped in on a Saturday AM felling completely yucky. Wait was less than 30 minutes and staff was extremely courteous. The nurse I saw was detailed with my medical history and exam. I was able to get my prescriptions at the pharmacy next door which was super convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to seek non urgent medical care for when they cannot get into their own doctor. read more

Miss diagnosed simple pink eye. Said basically to go to ER right away. Turns out it was pink eye. Denied me a refund, because she waved a flash night in my eye. Now ill have a pretty bill to deal with thought places like this were to save you money! read more

Be careful that they don't send things out to the lab without your consent. We got a surprise $200+ bill from the lab from our visit to the little clinic where they didn't ask for our permission to do the work. We won't be going back ever again. read more

Absolutely the worst experience at a clinic I have ever had. The receptionists played on their phones for my entire hour+ long wait. I just needed antibiotics for a sinus infection, but was instead met by one of the rudest and most unprofessional nurses I have ever met. She tried to refuse the antibiotics and wouldn't listen to what I had to say even though she herself said I indeed had a sinus infection. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. Go somewhere else where you will receive the proper care instead of somewhere that they could care less about you. read more

Went to see the nurse practitioner at the little clinic for a head cold to rule out the flu. The NP and the assistant were both really informative and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes and all my questions were answered. It was a pleasant experience which I really appreciated because I wasn't feeling well. Additionally, it was new years day, and they were accessible when my primary care physician was not. read more
