I now have developed a mistrust for seeking therapy with other agencies. They were in a hurry to place me on medication while not assisting me in addressing other barriers of life I was experiencing at the time- housing and food insecurity. I was not informed that there was an onsite Social Worker. She wasn't very helpful with these either. When I decided to depart the Social Worker said she would attempt to link me with another therapist- it never happened! The one good thing was they provided transportation for clients. Needless to say I still don't have a new therapist yet and still dealing with untreated depression and anxiety.

Staff frequently do not answer the phone, making it very difficult to communicate with my daughter or obtain basic updates. I have also had difficulty receiving consistent information about her treatment and progress. As a parent, I believe families should be kept informed about the care their child is receiving. I was also told that individual therapy is not being provided, which is very concerning given the purpose of her placement. There also appear to be frequent fights among the residents, raising serious concerns about safety and supervision. Another major concern is that the facility appears to be consistently short-staffed. This makes me question whether there are adequate personnel available to properly supervise the residents and provide the level of care they need. I am especially concerned that the facility is attempting to release my daughter before she can be admitted to the residential treatment facility that has already accepted her. Her residential placement is already in place, but the bed will not be available for another four days. Rather than waiting those four days for the appropriate placement to become available, the facility is refusing to keep her until the bed opens. I do not understand why she would be discharged without a safe and appropriate transition to the residential program that has already been arranged. Releasing her before that placement is available could leave her without the level of care and supervision that she needs during this transition. As her parent, I am extremely concerned about her safety, continuity of treatment, and the lack of communication from the facility. I am asking that these concerns be taken seriously and that the facility provide a clear explanation of the proposed discharge plan, why they are unwilling to wait for the already-arranged residential placement, and what safeguards will be in place if they proceed with discharge before that placement is available.

I had to call multiple times to hear that there was something wrong and I did need a prescription. I was in a lot of pain waiting to hear back and I could've gotten the prescription sooner had they called me. I tried calling to find out what kind of infection I had but they never responded to my voicemail and I called multiple times and nobody picked up.

The Home Sleep Clinic with Dr. Bashar Brijawi advertise a sleep study for $149 all over their website, and even on a billboard. Once you go see them and see the doctor, then its $149 to see the doc, another $100 to do the test, then another $149 to get the results. Luckily I didn't sign anything so I left and told them I will not be back. These people also sell all the cpap machines. If they are lying about the cost of the sleep test, Im sure they will lie about you having sleep apnea. Look at their business hours. They are fly-by-night.

I needed to use Mercy Health's emergency room last week, due to a cut on my finger late at night…read morethat was just bad enough for stitches. Overall, I was very impressed with this clean and caring facility. I expected chaos, crowded misery and a long wait (isn't that the conventional view of a hospital waiting room?) Instead I found great signage so the ER was easy to find, ample convenient parking, and a friendly receptionist who was patient, cheerful, and helpful. Seriously -- she talked to me above and beyond just getting me checked in, and just radiated kindness! They don't take your insurance information at the front door, which was a surprise. She asked just enough about me to get me checked in. Then she called for a med tech to immediately get me stabilized so I could wait comfortably -- which meant cleaning up my finger, & giving me a gauze pad and instructions on how to keep the pressure on the wound. I was told it was "medium busy," -- I'm guessing the wait was about 30 minutes, in a very clean, bright room, which easy access to bathrooms, a vending machine, and my car, if needed. The doctor who called me in was careful and efficient -- she examined the finger, and said what I already believed -- it wasn't too deep & hadn't cut any tendons, but did need stitches. She had a good "bedside manner," asking if I needed to lay down, concerned I might faint at the procedure (no, I was fine, but thank you for being concerned). She explained that the lidocaine shot directly on the finger was going to hurt and sting, and yes it did. She stopped to ask if I was okay -- I was being pretty verbal about the pain and waving the uninjured hand around. When I told her I was okay, that this was how I was coping with the pain, she quickly understood and complimented me on it. The stitching went quickly from there. She cleaned up, and stated that she'd send the nurse in to "dress your wound." That nurse was my only real complaint. She took a long time arriving -- the longest wait I'd had all evening, at a time when I was pretty much done and ready to leave. The "dressing" was a simple butterfly band-aid, that didn't fit that well. I had to put on a much more secure "dressing" on it myself when I got home. And gave me a tetanus shot that really hurt and was too high up on my arm (my experience with the last 5 years of vaccinations is that they most often don't hurt when a skilled person is doing it). However, she too was very friendly, and was the most relaxed and chatty of them all, showing real interest in me that seemed genuine. Then someone came in to get my insurance information and talk about payments. When I asked, she explained that they wait until the end to prevent any delays in getting patients' emergencies treated. Definitely have a lot of respect for that approach. So except for a few concerns about the one nurse, all the staff's procedures seemed designed to get you cared for as quickly and comfortably as possible. And it succeeded -- I was there for 90 minutes in all, which has to be a record for emergency rooms, and in the meantime encountered friendly, helpful and competent professionals!

My name is Ronell Smith on 6/20 around 9 something I walked into colerain south carefirst urgent i…read morewanted to be seen because I was having trouble breathing The staff there was amazing I had to get there names Front Desk Andrea got me checked in and was polite Medical Assistance Krystal took great care of me she greeting me when she came in my room she was polite and had manners she took my vitals and she kept me updated on what the next step would be she let me know that she was doing a breathing treatment she made sure she explain what to do and she wore gloves when hooking the machine up which was a plus for me because that something I had to put in my mouth to breath in she's very precessional I would come back to urgent and I would love for Krystal to be my Medical Assistance I love her energy and how she care for patients after the treatment the provider came in Shimmaine the NP came in my room she talked to me and explain what she will be sending over to the pharmacy them she said Krystal will be back in to show me how to hook the breathing machine up when I'm home One thing I loved about Krystal showing me was that she showed me how to do it than took it apart and had me put it together which I wish all people did it like that it's one thing to have someone show you but when they show you and have you do it so they make sure you know how is what matter krystal goes over and beyond to make sure patients are well taken care of and even when sick they comfortable and feeling better when leaving The staff for that day was amazing they have been the best staff I worked with since I been coming to urgent care Their have been other good staff but the grew today was the best keep up the amazing work you guys shows that the patients matter I left feel much better and happy with now having a breathing machine and know how to work it

It would've been nice if she was more kind and maybe went to go ask someone that had a clue what was going on. Skip this Urgent care and find a better one.
