I always find the staff here to be friendly and helpful. I have been here four or five times over the past few years and they have diagnosed me properly and given me good medical advice along with the proper medication's to make me feel better. I feel like they listen to my concerns and symptoms carefully in order to get a good understanding of what is going on with me. I will use them again as needed. read more

I was Refused treatment Apparently things are not what the seem I was told that the are independant if government after being refused treatment that I pay for no insurance the 800 number confirms that they have the right to refuse treatment so I am now not going to support small business that forget they serve the public. My visit was self pay no insurance. No more little clinic for my family no thanks. This was mainly due to me standing up for myself I didn't want to walk out to my car to get my purse with my I'd to checkin. But I was already having trouble breathing and it was hot outdoors. I had my firm of payment with my name and was already in there system I was so sick had no voice and was told they could not see me without me going out to get my id. I left complained about it. But was told they gave the right to refuse. So now I refuse and I think they should realize they could have still checked me in and requested me to get the required Id before the end of appointment or allow me to at least get resolved to being seen and request me getting it at the end with medication. read more

I was skeptical to bring my daughter in fir a cough after seeing they had such a low rating, but it was last minute and i figured I'd give it a chance. I am so glad i did! Madison at the front desk is sweet and extremely helpful and we saw Selena and she is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and has a wonderful bedside manner she made me and my daughter very comfortable she was full of knowledge she recommended that I take my daughter to be seen about getting her tonsils out and she was right we do need to do that. I cannot express how awesome she is. I came back about a month or so later and was asking a question at the front desk and Selena was in the back and heard my voice and remembered exactly who we were it meant a lot. I don't know who gave them such low ratings but I am so happy we took a chance, this is the only urgent care we're going to from now on. read more

Aline Well is amazing. My daughter just switched schools and needed a physical for basketball. When we arrived they were full of appointments so I'm struggling trying to schedule an appointment on the website. She noticed I am huge with our expecting baby sitting in the electric wheel chair. She took the initiative to ask the doctor if they would take my daughter and they did. This act of kindness blessed us tremendously. I can't even give this place a 1-star rating. Tell me how is it in the interests of public safety when you have people that are experiencing covid 19 symptoms walk into a very busy Kroger, walk 70 yards into the store to stand at this tiny clinic to take a covid test passing all these shoppers in the process? Also, the test they give there is invalid. They only put the swab 1" up each nostril for their "rapid" test. My test of course came back "negative". took another test the next day and tested positive. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time or money going there. read more

I was very sick for 6 days, I stuck it out as long as I could to rule out a virus, which is what you're supposed to do (unless you have a compromised immune system, etc mind you), and I drove 40 minutes away to get in with Ms. Devin Sikes, APRN, and she listened to what I told her was going on, and what medicines I had been taking (be honest people, you're only hurting yourself when you don't tell all the meds you've tried), and did a strep test, and the usual and she figured out what was wrong with me and why I've been so sick. I'm scared of MD's but she was really helpful and I told her about my lack of finances and also helped me get the medicines I could afford. 5 stars all the way. read more

Nice people, but the care is a joke. I've gone twice now (didn't learn the first time) with upper respiratory infections. I get them every year, and it's always the same routine. Antibiotics and steroids. Both times I've gone here they have prescribed me ibuprofen 800mg. What is ibuprofen going to do for a sinus problem? Also, I was told my BP was 120/80, my BP has NEVER been that low. I watched the girl do it, and she didn't even inflate the cuff past 120! As comical is it was, I'm frustrated that I wasted my time there, and I want my $25 back. Don't be cheap like me, go to a real doctor. UPDATE: Got an additional bill from the little clinic asking for an additional $25.00. This is a $50 visit, go somewhere else. read more

Appalled at the patient care. I have been before and met the Male NP, not even sure if he is still there. This time I met the female np. Long review short- I strongly advise to find patient care somewhere else. This lady is just here for a paycheck. Does not care about the well-being of other people is rude and inconsiderate. I have called the customer service as well and have not received a phone call back yet this was over a week ago. I advise everyone to go to CVS minute clinic if you have to or even wait until your primary care doctor opens do not waste your time nor money here. Will never return. The previous review from another yelper is dead on, she also brushed off what I had as a "viral infection" and in my notes was wrote on as sinus problems which I never once complained for. read more

I have used this facility before and never had a issue. I understand there are a lot of sick patients and time is long. I did a save my spot and still waited a hour to be seen. When I was seen the Dr herself was wearing a mask, she didn't seem to interested in what I had to say and basically said it was "viral" and I had a upper respiratory infection. With that being said I'm still very sick and in bed. My throat has huge pus and blood spots in which she said she could see. I'm having to goto another dr tomorrow because she refused to give me a antibiotic even for the upper respiratory infection. I won't be returning. read more

It was awful. The nurse practitioner Amanda was unqualified, rude, and even aggressive in her tone. I'm a RN, 37 years old, and have had 100's of sinus infections in my life that must always be treated with antibiotics and after paying $109 they wouldn't prescribe me anything. I went on a Saturday 10 minutes after they opened, with no other patients, had to wait 20 minutes while the nurse practitioner and medical assistant chatted/socialized, went into one exam room for 15 minutes with the medical assistant where she asked me probably 30 questions (including if my parents were still alive). I told her I've been sick for a few weeks and my sister, whom I live with has strep throat currently, and was just placed on antibiotics yesterday. Then I was taken into a 2nd exam room for another 15 minutes and asked 30 more questions (many of the same ones) wanting EXACT dates of when each of my probably 8 symptoms developed, how strong they were, wanted me to rate each and every one of them . Like - no joke, you would have thought I was enrolling in the Marines or something. At the end of the 50-minute / $109 process the nurse practitioner Amanda would not give me any antibiotics. I went to Walgreens Clinic, was diagnosed with a bad sinus infection, placed on antibiotics, antihistamine, nasal spray, and ibuprofen (for inflamed sinuses). Before leaving Kroger's The Little Clinic, I had gone back to explain one more time how many sinus infections I've had in my life, my symptoms, how I know my body, that I am a RN, I understand the CDC guidelines on not over-prescribing antibiotics; she still would not prescribe me anything. At all. The absolute worst healthcare experience I've ever had in my life!! And I'm a Registered Nurse!! (not to mention the fact that up until this, I have never completed any online review - EVER)!! read more

I arrive at 6:40p to get a sports physical for my child. I was told by the receptionist that she'd have to check if she could be seen b/c the NP takes her last patient at 6:30. There wasn't anyone but us there waiting to be seen. As she's asking if she would take us I over hear the receptionist say, "It's up to you." The NP walks out and asks if my child had been there before and she had not. We were then asked if we could come back at at 8am the next day that that's when we could be seen. I explained that she we needed it by the next day and was told , "sorry." Really? You are still open for another 20 minutes, no one else is waiting but you won't take us? That's ok. We'll never be back and I'll be sure to take to social media to tell out story. By the way, we drove a little out of our way to go to CVS and the NP was very friendly and didn't seem the least put out that we were there just before they closed. In fact, CVS was more expensive AND a little more out of the way but definitely worth it to be welcomed and accommodated. read more

What a ripoff, $85.00 just to walk in sit down, have blood pressure and temperature taken, looked in ear and wrote a prescription. Didn't even bother to file the visit with insurance, just send a bill for $85.00. Receptionist was totally incompetent, it was clear she didn't have a clue what she was doing so no surprise the visit didn't get filed with insurance company. I will never go back there again. read more
