A friend recommended Dr. Lofton…read more He didn't make me feel bad at all for not coming in for years and he listened to me and explained everything and answered my questions completely. Nurses always have problems drawing blood from me so they brought in another person who used the pediatric needle and they both stayed and made jokes until it worked with the pediatric needle. I never felt rushed and the staff seemed relaxed, friendly, and very competent. I've seen him 3 times and each time the staff remembered me and were friendly. I absolutely recommend Dr. Lofton and this clinic.

They took her height/weight and someone came in and asked me what my questions and concerns were. It was an hour later that the doctor came in for 5 minutes. None of my questions felt "important to her." I came back 2 weeks later for her 1 month checkup. Expecting a quicker appt. took an hour and a half again from checking in until the doctor actually came in. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you just enjoy sitting in an office for 2 hours wasting away your day.

The second time I called this place (on accident) the person on the phone said "Um you've already called here you're gonna have to go to the hospital nobody is going to give you fluids." In the meanest tone of voice then they hung up on me. Thanks a lot for the help as*hole I'm clearly miserable and seeking a solution. Just don't go here.
