Y'all... yesterday I went to the Little Clinic in Smyrna for a sore throat. Noah (assistant) checked me in, took my vitals, and administered a strep test. Let me say that this young man had such a great personality, put me at ease, and was extremely polite. I learned he wants to go to med school. He will make an excellent doctor one day. Not a good experience. Took my teenage daughter for UTI symptoms and Liza Samuel, PA refused to give her a prescription because she said we should go to an ER to make sure it hadn't moved to her kidney. She had zero pain in her back where kidneys are and other labs were normal so no reason to suspect that. When I asked about giving her an oral antibiotic to try first, she said oral antibiotics are ineffective on kidneys. Flat out lie. Not feeling like we had any other choice, I took her to an ER. After waiting for 3.5 hours, we were seen by Dr. Nowak and she agreed that it was WAY overkill to send her to an ER for a UTI. She said oral antibiotics are absolutely effective for kidneys too and my daughter should have never been sent to an ER for a plain old UTI. We spent hours of wasted time and who knows how much money since we haven't met our deductible yet because Liza is inept and doesn't know that oral antibiotics work on kidneys just fine. In fact, that's exactly what the ER prescribed, oral antibiotics, before we finally got to go home. What a waste of time and money. We will NOT be going back to this little clinic ever again. read more

Has always been a very pleasant experience. Check in online and setting up an appointment without any trouble.

So, I thought I had poison ivy on my face. I thought I'd stop in here before work so they could give me a cream or something to make the pain/swelling go down. Turns out I had shingles on my face. I've only heard of old people having shingles. Ugh. Anyway back to The Little Clinic. I stopped in around 9am on a Friday. The woman working the front desk was having some computer issues & was talking to IT on the phone. The nurse came over and told me how to check in. They've got a touch screen computer to fill out all the necessary information. After that, I gave my insurance & drivers license to the woman at the front desk. Then I was taken right back to the examination room. They've got the same kind of tables you sit on like at a doctors office, but they don't have the paper on them, which I found odd. The nurse was friendly & got my vitals & asked what was wrong. She was the one who thought it was shingles. The physicians assistant then came in to look at me. She agreed & explained what was happening, how it could've happened and what I needed to do to clear it up. She also told me that I needed to get an eye exam because it was near my left eye. Everyone here at The Little Clinic was much more helpful & friendly than other minor emergency places I've been. It's been 5 days & my spots are healing & hopefully gone by this weekend. read more

It's a very bad place, I took my son today, to the little clinic in smyrna location, he was in pain, i paid what they asked me for i waited for a very long time. The front desk told me that I had been waitng for. 37 mins and I had actually been waiting for more than an hour. then came a woman and the front desk just let her walk right in. iIwent to go ask why she went in before me and she said she had taken an appointment IN A WALK-IN-CLINIC. ​I then asked for the manager and she told me that she was "busy". they were all very rude and i don't recommend​ this place at all read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. This place is ridiculous. I've been sitting here for an hour waiting to be seen. This whole time no one has been seen by the practitioner. Apparently it takes 3 people to figure out why this other persons gardasil vaccine wasn't here like they said over the phone yesterday. No one has explained anything. Complete time waster. Go to a different one if you can! read more

I came here on Saturday because I had woken up with flu-like symptoms and my regular doctor is closed on weekends. While I was here, the receptionist checked her phone multiple times in front of patients. Also, a nurse came and sat down with the receptionist and they just gossiped for 5+ minutes. The nurse also was eating, out in the open. Not only is that extremely unprofessional, it's also gross considering how many sick people frequent. The only thing that stopped them from continuing to gossip was a patient coming and asking how to sign in. The nurse put me in the room and did all the usual things and then I waited for the doctor. The doctor came in and diagnosed me with upper respiratory infection and sent me on my way. With any infection they are supposed to give you medication to help fight it. I expected nothing and somehow I was still disappointed with the little clinic. Giving a one-star is generous but there's not an option for a 1/3 of a star. read more
