I went to Anycare for a quick physical for my new job. We recently moved to TN so I don't have a primary care physician. They do charge $50 for the physical and didn't take insurance for this. However, I don't have the time to find a primary care physician so I was willing to pay out of pocket. All of the staff here are very kind and friendly. I don't like going to the doctors whatsoever and they made me feel comfortable (though, my heart rate would say that's a lie). They were quick and efficient, too. There was only one other person in the waiting room. My appointment was 9:15 and I was taken to a room at 9:17. Overall, this is a solid urgent care and I'm glad I chose this place for a quick physical.

One nurse told me after waiting an hour and a half for surgery that the laser machine was broken and they had to fix it. This made me so nervous. I was going in for cataract surgery. That same nurse yelled out my name and added 'Come on down!' Very loudly as if she was on a game show. Very unprofessional. My second surgery the anesthesiologist was not at my surgery, but gave the job to a young nurse. The first cut hurt and I said "ow" and she said she'd give me more medicine. I should've never remembered anything from the surgery room. I asked my doctor about it and I said where was the anesthesiologist? He said he was in the building. Not good enough. My medical driver said they were so rude to her she will never drive another patient there again. This tells you everything you need to know to not use this facility.

Just had surgery here recently at the women's section of the hospital. Parking can be found across the street and in any pink labeled areas. There are some patient parking areas out front for those requiring assistance. Upon entering at an early pre-surgery time, the register was already there and asked us to sign forms via an iPad. She then quickly directed us to the correct floor via elevator. This building felt really new and organized. The surgery area was quiet, and staff were direct with what they needed: bloodwork, paperwork, etc. It's your standard hospital fare. The nurse in charge of my room, the anesthesiologist, and the nurse who checked in after surgery were all reassuring, kind, and informative. An attendant helped wheel me out upon exit. It's not easy to find a place that still treats patients so kindly now. I hope not to need surgery ever again, but I do recommend Centennial as an option if you are in need.

I was not welcomed when I entered the lobby but instead the front desk clerk said, "Our computers are down so I cannot check you in." with a frown and a grunt. I waited and waited, observing that indeed their system was back up. I approached the desk with my ID and insurance card but she flatly told me "you have to complete all the forms online and you did not do that..." No, I did not do that because I would rather fill out the forms with old fashioned pen and ink. When I stated that she went in the back to get the Nurse Practitioner who told me I was being 'rude and obnoxious'? Huh? I am 60 years old, I have numerous advanced educational degrees and was not feeling too great. No other clients were in the lobby. I said "I did not come here to fight with you, I just want to be seen..." She didn't care. I was told to behave better or I would be ejected from their facilities! Well, I filled out the form, gave my payment to the clerk and clicked the pen on the counter. Wrong thing to do! Apparently I clicked the pen rudely. Those 2 whispered and huddled together and I was told to leave! I have been previously to this same facility with no problems. Staff and management change? I went over the the Ascension Urgent Care on Memorial Blvd and had a very pleasant experience, which greatly improved my day. Oh, by the way, they thought I was very sweet!

One nurse took my blood pressure, about 5 minutes later about nurse came in to give me the test. She was very nice, asked a few questions.. swabbed the inside of my nose and checked the back of my throat. She said results should come back about 48 hours. I know it was already about 7:30pm when I finished. Their office closes at 8pm. The lady at the front desk did not give an invoice when I left. I give this location 3 stars for overall experience. It was a very clean lobby area but it did not feel welcoming.

Multiple other children went back who arrived after me, which was frustrating. I was told by the front office staff that I was welcome to reschedule my appointment, after waiting an hour with my toddler and newborn, or I could wait, but they did not know how long it would be. I waited another 30 minutes with literal tears streaming down my face as I'm rocking my screaming newborn who's literally starving because she doesn't have any milk due to the long wait time. I was offered formula from the back, which is actually a kind offer, however my child doesn't take that formula. I never imagined the wait would be that long and I would need a second bottle. Multiple sick children came in and were coughing and sneezing in the tiny, and albeit dirty, waiting room. There is no separate area for well kids/people to sit so you are forced to share space with unwell children as well, which is not common in practices now days. I was very excited about finding this practice because it's closer to my home and also my younger daughter had her visit there the day before and the wait time was under 10 minutes. I was shocked with the outcome of today's events, especially since there was no explanation other than "we have multiple bookings to fit everyone in". I don't feel it's fair for me and my toddler and infant to sit waiting for 1.5 hours for providers to double book themselves. I will be reaching out to management to see how this can be rectified to not happen again. My review is edited to show my experience and will be updated after speaking with management.
