I took my results to these folks and they were open and honest with me. It was bad. My cholesterol was through the roof, triglycerides off the charts, and I was diabetic and didn't know it. I was floored. Helen was understanding and kind. She formulated a plan for me including medications along with dietary and exercise changes. Helen and Christy from day one supported me completely! Each visit they both provided words of encouragement and helped keep me motivated. After 3 months it was time for updated blood work. I am elated to say that all my numbers have dropped dramatically! My daughter had an emergency c-section there yesterday. Her twins were transported to the hospital…read morein Nashville but they have not transferred her to be with them. She has dealt with post partum depression in the past and this is putting her at risk. She was very low on iron and was having iron transfusions and after 9 hours post c-section they hadn't even done her labs. She had to ask to have her catheter removed after the time frame had passed that it should have been out . She didn't even see her doctor yesterday. She has no idea when and if she will be transferred. What kind of hospital separates brand new premature twins from their mother! I am sick and discussed beyond words.

Came in on a Sunday for upper respiratory cold/issues that have been long term. Listened to my…read morechest/heart, (did not look at ears, nose or throat), swabbed for COVID and flu, and sat for an hour and 15 minutes to have the assistant come in and looked surprised I was still in the room. Not even sure if Covid/Flu results were accurate at that point, since they never mentioned them when they finally got back to me. Was given a round of antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection. I was talked down to by the PA when I asked questions. Seemed like I was wasting their time. Lacked compassion and professionalism. Went to my PCP the following day (Monday) and was diagnosed with pneumonia.

One side of the building is a walk in clinic!! The office and rooms are entertaining for kids and so pretty. I love the doctors and nurses. This place is awesome and there is a reason they won Best of Wilson County!!

Im here now. There still holding me and theres nothing wrong with me. I do have a psych disorder…read morethat sometimes causes problems but im fine. They almost gave me the wrong medication that i have an allergic reaction to. They can not provide the proper heart medication i need but yet im paying to be here even tho i dont want to be here. Im on a low card low sodium and low cholesterol diet but still give me a ton of patatos, noodles, i get no protien. Then the ok food i do get is cold. There are couple nurses who were kind enough to get me a plate of fresh fruit but other times some of the nurses will not give me anything else to eat when i dont eat what they give me. There are nothing but ants running around all over my stuff and room. I will be posting pics. There are 3 nurses and 1 security guard to 12 patients. And sometimes there all in the med room lollygagging. They wont let me have a toy because it has a piece of medal in it but my window has medal coming off it and pieces of it on the window sill. There supposed to check on you every 15 minutes especially if your suicidal which is what im supposedly in here for. They dont check on you but maybe once every 2 hours. There keeping me because they want to keep me safe but yet i can have my cpap machine with cords in my room and my door closed. If im such a suicide risk shouldn't you take that away after im done or monitor it? You would think. Theres so much more i could say but i need to save the battery. To be continued...
