The Doctor was very rude and dismissive. Poor follow up and did not provide treatment options until questioned.

My 18 year old college student recently called me from her dorm literally crying in pain saying her jaw hurt. We got in with our dentist same day and were referred to Endodontic Associates as it appeared a nerve died in a tooth that had a cavity filled a few years back. They got us in within 25 minutes, diagnosed her, and to my great surprise offered to do the root canal the same day. My daughter came out of the procedure saying that it went smoothly and she had no pain or discomfort throughout. She reiterated how friendly, caring and nice Dr. Sparrow and his staff were. He explained everything and even drew a diagram to show my daughter exactly what to expect prior to getting started. She woke this morning to no pain and was back to her typical self. Thank you for getting my girl out of pain so quickly. Every single person I've encountered at this office was friendly, knowledgeable, diligent, courteous, and helpful. From reception, billing, assistants, nurses and doctors...amazing every step! We are so grateful:)

They definitely exceeded my expectations on all levels. My daughter did not have a negative thing to say about them. First off, when you drive up to their office it's quite impressive. When we walked in we were greeted by two front desk assistants that were incredibly nice & professional. The waiting room was vibrant, clean & comfortable. I went back with my daughter, they got her settled in her room & went over things with me. (Very detailed) My daughter said the patient chairs were the best she'd ever been in. Her cleaning went well & she was very pleased with the end result! They recommended getting her wisdom teeth out (that won't be so wonderful, but necessary! She has severe TMJ issues that if not monitored things could get extremely painful for her. She got her braces off yesterday. So the dentist will play an instrumental part in making sure she doesn't slide backwards. The dentist was friendly & did a great job explaining what the next steps would be for her. We will definitely be going back for further dental needs. Getting a recommendation from us is extremely hard to come by when it comes to dentists, as we have had more failed experiences than successes! Keep up the great work Sullivan Team!

Our experience with Dr. Crump at M.City Endodontics was like Carol's (who also posted a review) -…read morereally wonderful. He is very honest, nice, and very skilled. My wife was in severe pain and went to her regular dentist who said she needed a Root Canal, and recommended Dr. Crump. We got an appointment with Dr. Crump and his assistant took a 3-D Xray. My wife was in the chair waiting for the Root Canal BUT Dr. Crump reviewed the x-ray and noticed an almost invisible crack in the tooth - he was only able to see it because of the 3-D Xray, because her main dentist had done a regular Xray and didn't see it. Dr. Crump told us that a Root Canal wouldn't solve her problem and that she needed the tooth extracted. --- Think about that - he could have easily gone ahead and done the Root Canal and we would have paid for it, BUT he is honest and did what was best for my wife - he put her first. Also, he is very skilled and professional to notice the crack - you had to look close to see it. We were just charged for the cost of the 3-D Xray and a consultation, so he lost a lot of money - he had already blocked out that time slot for my wife. Even so, he was very polite about it and even gave my wife a prescription for pain medication. Also, his staff was VERY nice, helpful and friendly. I think he's Top 5% and highly recommend him.

Why? I did not WANT a root canal but I was in SO much pain from biting down on a solid peppercorn...the inflamation exploded each day to the point where I was "If he tells me I need THREE root canals I will DO IT JUST to STOP THIS PAIN!!" GUESS WHAT?? ( I say this as someone who has witnessed unethical dentists multiple times in my life...) he told me I did NOT NEED a root canal! DESPITE both my SELF and the REFERRiNG DENTIST being CONVINCED I DID! So, instead of destroying a root and paying $1,500 it only cost me $177 and 3 meds at the pharmacy.
