More fact finding questions would have shown that it could very well be the issue. 4) Not once, but twice, attending stated that inhaler requested contains albuterol when the reason for specific request was to avoid albuterol. Grateful to have been "humored" by getting the requested specific prescription anyway. Later verified with the pharmacist that the inhaler does NOT in fact contain albuterol. To be fair, other attendings at other practices have said the same thing before. Each time a pharmacist confirmed that was not the case. As an ending note, if the business website had not been misleading or perhaps required interpretation that wasn't clear, then time and money wouldn't have been wasted.

The provider told me I was not in the right place multile times, once I called out his offensive demeanor he started his exam which was standing to the right side of me to check my throat and NOT to say AHHHH- I'm not sure what he saw since he could not see in my throat, checked my ears from a distance, he did not listen to my lungs from the front only my back again from a distance. Then said he would order the chest x-ray and left the room. The front desk staff took my to x-ray- The x-ray tech was professional. My visit was finally uploaded to my chart to reveal the review of systems stated I was postive for chills, I had NO complaint of chills and it wasn't even asked of me. The ROS went on to say I had congestion and postnasal drip, AGAIN, this was not asked of me and I DO NOT have those symptoms. I went on futher in his notes for it to say I had myaligia (muscle pain), chills, postnasal drip, the cold air aggravated my symptoms, and that I tried OTC cough suppressant....Which ALL is INCORRECT!!! I went in for a cough only concerned that it may have went to pneumonia or bronchitis how I ended up with all the other symptoms is because I declined the RSV, FLU, COVID test. When I got home I looked in MyChart and the x-rays showed only the inside edge of my hand (i.e. the thumb area), The radiologist only commented on the thumb area, saying it matched an x-ray from 10 years ago indicating I had no current damage. Unfortunately my injury was NOT near my thumb and the injury site was not even x-rayed. I'm now going to a specialist for an evaluation. Very disappointed in Trihealth Priority Care Anderson.
