History

Established in 2012.

As a Crystal Palace local, the owner, Lilja, was surprised that there was nowhere nearby to offer the type of treatments she would be looking for herself: treatments that are holistic and good quality, and in an environment where she would feel at ease and un-intimidated... As the idea started germinating, Crystal Palace seemed to crying out for such a place - and with so much support and positive feedback the seedling grew, a location presented itself, and the Launch weekend in March 2012 was a fantastic success! We are passionate about health and well-being, and feel that helping people feel better can change everything. We believe that everyone is different and unique, and that individuals have different issues that respond to different types of treatment or therapy: that mind and body work together. We believe that prevention is better than cure, and that we cannot underestimate the impact of stress on our bodies, so relaxation is a huge part of improving quality of life.
