I ordered sympathy flowers online while the business was closed, they started working on my order sorta thing the next business day, they sent me a text message with a picture of the flowers that were beautiful and they called to let me know the recipient wasn't home but reassured me they would be safe and the temperature would not negatively impact the flowers. This is a very late review but every time I look back on my wedding photos out of everything a bride has too pick this flower shop stands out over everything else!! My flowers lasted forever I had them for months even dead they were beautiful she was so courteous of my not so big budget I had and perfected my vision better than I could have ever imagined. I have used Little Flower Shop for years. No issues with the service. Very disappointed in the quality of the roses I purchased. I initially spoke to Tamara to ask about pricing and how soon I could get my order, then when I called back I spoke to a gentleman but didn't catch his name. Both of them were very friendly and professional!! They made it easy for me to order. When we picked up the ti leaves the quality was amazing, the leaves were fresh. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back!! I wish I would have caught the ladies name that helped me on the phone yesterday (3/9/2023). You were a Rockstar. After my usual big name flower company let me down, yet again, I was referred to The Little Flower Shop by a family friend. When I called and talked to the lady over the phone she was able to help me right away and capture exactly what I was after in this flower delivery. Because I liked the level of customer service I was getting, I even opted to upgrade my order to a bigger size than I had placed with the alternative company. I found this shop on Google because it was local to where I was sending the flowers. I ordered a sympathy arrangement, and for the first time in my life I selected custom arrangement instead of picking from a set arrangement already on the website. None of the set arrangements on the website was what I was looking for. So I went with the custom arrangement and in the notes I simply said that I didn't want certain flowers and that I liked other certain flowers and that was it. OMG When my friend sent me a picture of the arrangement I was stunned they were so gorgeous!! I could not have been more pleased! They went above and beyond what I expected. After ordering from other companies such as (1-800-you can guess the rest), very frequently, I was consistently disappointed with lack of quality and customer service. I decided to take a chance and send my mom some "just because" flowers two weeks ago. I ordered Lilies, which are her favorite. They arrived around 11 am, well before their 3pm guarantee. Needless to say, my mom was overjoyed and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL! Only one lily was fully bloomed, the rest were somewhat closed, which means they were going to last long. They fully bloomed about 5-6 days later, and stayed fresh for another week after that! Although I am miles away, Its comforting knowing that I can order flowers for my mom from her local florist, and trust that they will be beautiful and worth every penny. read more

I ordered a big flower arrangement with blue and white flowers, hardly any blue flowers, the lady said that's all she had, if I would've known that I would've not ordered it but I was not told that she didn't have hardly any blue flowers when I ordered it, I had to add blue ribbons I had at home, all flowers died by Tuesday morning and the event was Sunday night,I paid $164 for it, I will not be using them ever again read more

I love everything about this flower shop! As a former owner of my own shop many years ago, I can say they are top notch. They staff is always friendly and willing to help. This time was just a little different for me. I went in for a birthday bouquet but my friends husband that I was buying the flowers for had been recently diagnosed with cancer. Karen is awesome! I needed a bouquet and boutanier (sp) in a weeks notice and they delivered. I had a price demand and flower demand and they catered to all of my needs. I wanted succulents and they special ordered some just for me. Teresa was the mastermind behind the design and she knocked it out of the park. I cannot comment on the price because I don't know what flowers like this usually cost. But I am very happy with my experience. It was a blessing to find this flower shop. Karen did my brother's wedding flowers back in 2015 so it was a no-brainer as to who I should use when it was my turn and I did just that. Working with Karen was an absolute delight! My flowers were the center of my wedding and she made all my dreams come true which included getting some hard to find flowers. She even made matching flowers for our dogs! This little shop went above and beyond for our family. We came in 2 hours before our grandmother's funeral because the arrangements I purchased from another company were never delivered to the funeral home. They were able to put together a beautiful 1/2 casket and standing spray in this time for a wonderful price. When I called them this morning, I spoke to Molly, who was so helpful and so professional. I picked out an arrangement I saw online, and I explained to her how I wanted to customize it. She made thoughtful suggestions for the arrangement. The best part about it was she really took her time to explain to me what the final product would look like. The owner Janet called me later to check in and to give me information about some final changes. She also sent me photographs of the arrangement. I have to say the photos of the flowers she sent to my friend were unbelievable. My friend called me and she was so happy with what she received. What an awesome experience! I hate to use the 800 Flowers websites because often you don't know what you're going to get, so I looked online and found a florist near my friend's house that delivered and had great ratings. When I called them this morning, I spoke to Molly, who was so helpful and so professional. I picked out an arrangement I saw online, and I explained to her how I wanted to customize it. She made thoughtful suggestions for the arrangement. The best part about it was she really took her time to explain to me what the final product would look like. The owner Janet called me later to check in and to give me information about some final changes. She also sent me photographs of the arrangement. I have to say the photos of the flowers she sent to my friend were unbelievable. My friend called me and she was so happy with what she received. What an awesome experience! You cannot go wrong with this Florist.

I had originally asked for a Monday delivery (which was Memorial Day and the shop was closed), I was contacted and was able to have same day delivery.
