I ordered Mother's Day flowers online for my mom since I was out of town. I called the morning of and was reassured the delivery would arrive by 7pm. At 8pm, still nothing. Eventually, I received a call saying the flowers would arrive at 10:30pm or possibly 10:30am the next day. That's not acceptable for a Mother's Day delivery. Unreliable and disappointing.
