She became my creative wedding planning partner and helped make my wedding better than my dreams! We had a unique blend of western American decor meets traditional Indian decor for my 3 day Indian Wedding. Sherly brought my grand ideas from Pinterest to real life! Her and I spent quite some time together drafting out my decor must-haves and truly brought my vision board to life. I was blown away by the final product! She did my decor for all 3 day-functions and each day it got better and better. During the planning process she truly went out of her way to help us find the right venue. She spent hours of her own personal time with us scouting venues to make sure my wedding decor would fit appropriately. She even did our wedding food tasting with us! She didn't have to be so involved with the planning process, but she was committed to being there for me as a bride and I wouldn't have been able to get through the stressful process without her! What really made me love her was her willingness to not give up when she couldn't find something easily. She went to many different places looking for the elephants I had my heart set on for my wedding venue aisle. Her genuine excitement when she finally found them was beyond what a normal "wedding decorator" would do for you. She was committed to decorating the wedding of my dreams! Each night prior to the event date she was willing to work late hours to accommodate what we had planned for the evening. She maximized the space we had to really make everything so picture perfect. The style of the backdrops wasn't the only thing that made it so beautiful, it was the quality of her fabrics. The thick velvet material on the blue backdrop gives that perception of depth that makes the whole look very elegant. You can't just buy elegance.. the decorator has to know how to balance colors and styles to make things look seamless yet stunning. Finally on the day of the wedding there were several setbacks on the venue side which shortened the time Sherly and her team had to put my decorations together. She did an amazing job despite the time issue. Sherlly hand made the BEAUTIFUL Rose Malas (flower garlands) and included a chandelier inside my mandap- those were my favorite from the whole night. She also provided us with the fire pit for inside the mandap, Mala trays for the girls, fancy chairs for in the mandap and for photos after. I appreciate her hard work and attention to detail on everything! After my wedding all my guests were raving about how unique and stunning everything was across every event. When I walked into my wedding venue, I was blown away by the final product! Never did I think I could have everything I wanted all in one place. She was referred to me after she did a friend's wedding and she exceeded my expectations for my own wedding and reception. It was September 2017. The hottest two days of the year.
