I was excited though, as you hear about all of the folks on tour working out and the big distance gains they're getting so I thought I'd give it a try. After a couple months I really noticed a difference! Was able to swing the club much faster while maintaining my balance. I'm 20 YARDS LONGER with every club now, and a good amount of this success is because of Jason. Jason, really does go out of his way to work w clients. He sends me text messages on my off days to remind me to exercise or stretch and more recently has been helping w my diet. He also has some amazing technology at his disposal which combined w his knowledge of the human body makes for some amazing discussion and learning opportunities. Bottom line, if you're serious about getting into shape...go see Jason. If you want to improve your golf game...go see Jason. If you need someone to motivate you to get into shape...go see Jason! PS: just noticed that Jason doesn't mention that his gym is literally connected to Peak Performance Golf. An amazing indoor golf training facility. Employees were very friendly, clearly giving direction prior to and upon entering the gym (there are two lines - one for members who reserved online and walk-ins. Members who reserved a spot get first crack at the facilities.) Employees hold up countdown signs closer to the end of the hour and GoodLife promo screens do the same. All staff are required to wear masks and members are to wear masks when walking to one area of the gym to the other. To be on the safe side I brought my own Lysol wipes and wore my mask during my workout. Better safe than sorry. Despite the many signs asking members to wipe down equipment after use there were a few lunkheads who refused to follow the rules. Disgusting and selfish. All in all I had a good experience during my first workout since the shutdown. The gym is very orderly and workers follow strict protocols. Will be back.

In addition, they have no sauna, no steam room, no pools, and the place looks and feels very dirty and outdated. Personal training add-ons is pushed on you very aggressively, at about $35/$40 per session.

For example, Gail Kim, the former WWE Women's Champion used to workout here few years back. I think they continue that tradition by sponsoring local athletes. About 20 feet, double rows of free weights with mirrors running all the way + barbell selection is good. Good bench press selection. Usually some gyms have the regular and incline only, so you need to get creative for the declined position, well this gym has 2! and about 5 regulars and 3 inclines + a plethora of adjustable benches. A good healthy selection for those who like to run, they have everything from tread mills to various step machines and ellipticals. One excellent thing about this gym is that people actually do come here to workout. In other words, there is minimal level of gym rats. What are gym rats you ask? It's those people who come to the gym to hang out and not actually work out. Good selection of stationary stations as well. Nicely spaced out so that everyone has plenty of room to workout. I think Fitness 365 really shines when it comes to classes. These are not your run of the mill classes folks! Their classes are taught by athletes. People who make their living my training their body to the peak level! I took their boxing class and no joke, it was taught by a real boxer. The dude was so fit, he had like 3% body fat, insane right? Ridiculously awesome class. The classes range from Zoomba, Yoga, Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, and Spinning. Changing room is little old school in the mens', but you know what? there is definitely a certain charm to it's old schoolness. It's kept clean, well maintained and with communal shower area. Overall really great experience here, the staff is knowledgeble and very friendly. Trainers sometimes come by and give you tips which is great! The protein shake is actually not bad either... I went for the 6 months special at the time, pay upfront option. My special was around $240 for a 6 month membership. It pushes me to do more than I think I can, while concentrating on good form and technique, and the community of other bootcampers are friendly and welcoming. I'd say the focus is more weights (kettlebells, TRX, pull-up bars) and using your own body weight, than pure cardio (although we do a bit of that too). After just a few weeks, I'm feeling stronger, can do the exercises better, and can see the difference too :) Recommended!
