The front desk staff have been kind and attentive, and the manicurists are seriously top notch. Most importantly, these manicures LAST. Even the manicure from my less impressive visit never chipped - my nails literally grew out before the polish gave up. My last set even survived all of Burning Man without a single chip, which feels like about as good a stress test as you can give a manicure. Today I tried nail art here for the first time, and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Based on my previous sets, I'm feeling pretty confident this one will last just as long. At this point, I'm sold on the Russian hard gel manicure. The cuticle work is meticulous, the results look beautiful, and the longevity is honestly incredible. I'll definitely keep coming back.

After the appointment, she texted me maintenance tips and recommended a lash shampoo and fan. Because of her attentiveness at adjusting the length and fullness at every appointment depending on the state of my lashes, as well my adherence to her maintenance guidance, I only need to get my lashes filled every 3 weeks. Not only is she an incredible aesthetician, but she is also an absolutely lovely human with a heart of gold.
