Then if you're there for the first time, they'll take you around for a little tour. Also, you have to buy their socks. ( I think they were $2-3) You pay before you go in. They have lockers you can use for free so don't worry about bringing your purse with you. It's divided into 6 different zones- basketball zone, dodgeball zone, form pit zone, x beam zone, and two different trampoline zones. Also, they had a small area for little kids. Across the kids area, there's a place you can watch movie so you can kill your time while you have your kids play. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. They had a small kiosk where you can buy light snacks and drinks. I really recommend you to find a coupon on Groupon. The regular price is $12 per an hour but we found a coupon for $29 for 4 people so it's less than $8 per a person. I don't mind paying $8 to come back but I wouldn't pay $12 for this.

Apparently since it's spring break they don't accept groupons even though it doesn't state that anywhere. Anyway the place is very small compared to a lot of other indoor trampoline places that we've been to out here. There were only about 5 trampolines total....the ticket included unlimited jump time but after about an hour and a half everyone was done and over it lol....they have a very tiny arcade area with about 8-10 games of which about 4 work. My baby loved these types of places but this one is just too small for the cost. I paid about $25 for 2 tickets. So we probably won't be back.

As a franchise, I just had to update my waiver that was already registered under my phone. As part of the party, the kids got access to all the areas. They had laser tag, dodgeball, trampolines, rope course, and a small arcade. There were slides, a ninja warrior course, and more. My kids ran around, then ran around some more. The family hosting got pizza and soft drinks for the partygoers. They reserved the room and our host Amerika Gomes made sure we were taken care of. Even management, Mario, came by to make sure all was well. The place is usually crowded, but this Sunday it wasn't and so the kids didn't have to wait in lines for any of the attractions very long, if at all. It was clean and the entire staff from the front door to the end were pleasant. I would return here for my own kids birthdays.

We bought the platinum package, which was already expensive, and I rented a room so we could have some privacy. What I wasn't told is that the number of tables and chairs depends on how many wristbands you buy. That should absolutely be explained when booking. I knew this was the case for having the party in the general area but not in the private room which you're already paying extra for. I had several older family members come who weren't going to jump but planned to buy food and drinks, and there weren't enough chairs for them. When I asked about renting more tables, I was told it would cost $100 for one table and six chairs, which is ridiculous. It was embarrassing and frustrating, especially for what we paid. The girl in charge of my party was really nice and polite, but every time guests arrived, it took a long time for her to come to the room to hand out wristbands. That caused delays and confusion for everyone coming in. I would not recommend Urban Air for a birthday party. Take your kids on a weekend for fun if you want, but I will never host a party here again.

My husband and I wished we booked for the extra hour. I did feel coming up to our wedding date quickly approaching conversations were getting pressed last minute and questions were not getting responses until days after the fact. Which if you ever planned a big party all the small things end up adding up towards the end. So I do feel simple communication practice would of greatly been appreciated. In previous experience in other ballrooms, I did love how the staff served the guests with the drinks and food, during the dinner hour. It kept the ballroom looking elegant. versus all the guest getting up to line up for their dinner plate or having them to gather their own plates for clean-up. The staff was great, you can tell they were there to be attentive to everyone's needs and requests. When it came down to my husband and I to cut the cake. I made sure him and I cut the bottom of our cake. Thinking the staff knew to save the top of the tier of our cake for us to keep to take home. Disappointed to say they cut into the top of the 3-tier cake instead of saving it for us. The moments we did met with Mr. Madrid he was nothing but helpful to our needs and requests we greatly appreciate how he came through for us on our special day, THANK YOU
