This is a great place to burn energy for little ones! I was looking for a place to surprise my two little boys with for some time outside of the house. X Zone on Joe Battle has trampolines, play places, a small soccer field, obstacles, and so much more! I was pleasantly surprised with the workers cleaning everything being touched and used while we were there. It made me feel more comfortable having my children play there and they were working very hard to make sure things were sanitized and to standard given the current pandemic. It is a little pricy. Prices are higher on Friday and Saturday, but the smile on my kids faces was priceless! We will be back!

Xzone East. Took my son a while back around 4pm on a Sunday. Got thoroughly lost each time trying to find the place and of course since it's one way adjacent to the 10 freeway, it's a pain to turn around and try again. To avoid that you want to turn into the narrow lane BEFORE Perches Funeral Homes. Food was a little pricey but I figure that's how they make the majority of their money, water and snacks. At least the CA burrito was filling and pretty good considering the location is a kids play area. The meat wasn't chewy, the tortillas perfectly thin and stretchy. I would have liked more sauce but maybe that's because I'm so used to El Paso food now. I saw a lot of people with cups of a spicy chip like entree, not sure what it was though. Bring your own water and grippy socks if you want to save money. The place was crowded, lots of birthdays and excited kids and bored adults waiting around while their kids played. There's seating scattered around and the areas are manned by staff. They're very nice and try to warn the kids to play gently but are clearly outnumbered. Not a lot of social distancing here. There is a toddler area but I saw some older kids and even adults without toddlers just hanging out there. I heard that they have toddler times during the week and maybe it's calmer then. I've been to these places before for birthday parties pre-Covid and it's one of the cleaner places and more organized than most. It's just the kids are so wild and the parents just watch without intervention that I worry about the ability to get hurt, there's only so much the staff can do. My friend's toddler daughter broke her arm in the trampoline area of a play area like this so I'm very cautious. I ended up walking alongside the perimeter keeping an eye on him and it was a good workout, lol. I definitely like that a place like this exists for kids, it's hard to find indoor activities that are fun and the prices aren't bad at all. I'd come back for a birthday party and definitely would try out the food here, it's not overpriced for the potions. The boy loved it there and keeps asking to come back. They have an American Ninja Style obstacle course complete with ramp and spider jumping wall and he had the best time living out the show. Unclearly marked bathrooms. This is the woman's side but it marked mens

This place was filthy. The equipment was broken, exposed nails, machinery not working, and the ball pit looks like it has never been cleaned. Staff was very rude. Bathrooms were unclearly marked so men were walking into the woman's bathroom. Will not be coming back.

Wanted to do a little something for my sons birthday since I've made it a tradition to make their birthday "one on one time with mommy". My son decided he wanted his big sis to join us so after looking in to Xzone I decided this would be the perfect place to let them run wild. I do not regret my decision. I like that I had the option to pay for myself to get on the slides and try things out with them...and of course I did! There was a a lot for them to do. I paid for 2hrs and was kind of second guessing myself thinking I should've paid for 3hrs but I'm glad I stuck with two hours because that was more than enough time. They had a little snack bar to buy drinks (including adult drinks), snacks, pizza and a pretty good variety of other food. The play area was pretty clean, I didn't see anything looking grimy. The kids loved it and it had me feeling like a kid again. I'd definitely take my kids their again and I've already recommended it to a couple of friends.

It was our first time there and the kids had fun and want to return. Seems like a good venue for a kids party.

The toddler area is great, especially the slide that goes into the ball pit.

Since it was our first time, we had to pay $3 for socks, which is obviously negligible. You can bring old socks if you've purchased them in the past. We took an 8-year-old and 9-year-old and they had a grand time bouncing on the trampolines and into the foam pit. The establishment is very clean and didn't stink like feet or kids. I like that they have spotters in every section. It was great to go right when it opened because it wasn't too crowded. The dining area seemed clean enough. They don't have cheese pizza and only had pepperoni, so that's a bummer for the vegetarians. Teeny poppy music is playing, but it's not too loud, so that was nice. Bathrooms were somewhat clean. One toilet was clogged, another had no TP, and the other two or three were clean and had TP. Good spot, will return.

Then if you're there for the first time, they'll take you around for a little tour. Also, you have to buy their socks. ( I think they were $2-3) You pay before you go in. They have lockers you can use for free so don't worry about bringing your purse with you. It's divided into 6 different zones- basketball zone, dodgeball zone, form pit zone, x beam zone, and two different trampoline zones. Also, they had a small area for little kids. Across the kids area, there's a place you can watch movie so you can kill your time while you have your kids play. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. They had a small kiosk where you can buy light snacks and drinks. I really recommend you to find a coupon on Groupon. The regular price is $12 per an hour but we found a coupon for $29 for 4 people so it's less than $8 per a person. I don't mind paying $8 to come back but I wouldn't pay $12 for this.

This was a fun way for the kids to burn off some energy on a February Sunday afternoon…read more We dropped in to join a birthday party. As a franchise, I just had to update my waiver that was already registered under my phone. As part of the party, the kids got access to all the areas. They had laser tag, dodgeball, trampolines, rope course, and a small arcade. There were slides, a ninja warrior course, and more. My kids ran around, then ran around some more. The family hosting got pizza and soft drinks for the partygoers. They reserved the room and our host Amerika Gomes made sure we were taken care of. Even management, Mario, came by to make sure all was well. The place is usually crowded, but this Sunday it wasn't and so the kids didn't have to wait in lines for any of the attractions very long, if at all. It was clean and the entire staff from the front door to the end were pleasant. I would return here for my own kids birthdays.

We bought the platinum package, which was already expensive, and I rented a room so we could have some privacy. What I wasn't told is that the number of tables and chairs depends on how many wristbands you buy. That should absolutely be explained when booking. I knew this was the case for having the party in the general area but not in the private room which you're already paying extra for. I had several older family members come who weren't going to jump but planned to buy food and drinks, and there weren't enough chairs for them. When I asked about renting more tables, I was told it would cost $100 for one table and six chairs, which is ridiculous. It was embarrassing and frustrating, especially for what we paid. The girl in charge of my party was really nice and polite, but every time guests arrived, it took a long time for her to come to the room to hand out wristbands. That caused delays and confusion for everyone coming in. I would not recommend Urban Air for a birthday party. Take your kids on a weekend for fun if you want, but I will never host a party here again.
