Terry is the owner, and he is very nice, very professional, and most importantly an excellent craftsman and artist. He not only worked with me to design my ring, (and it was a pretty complicated design requiring laser cutting on the side, and the acquisition of a pretty unusual gem), he went out of his way to educate me and genuinely listened to my wants and was as excited as I was with the final results. He doesn't just do this for a living, he loves what he does and his work shows it. He was up front about costs and helped work within my budget respectfully and honestly, (other businesses have been condescending when asked about pricing details). I would absolutely recommend coming to take a look at the gold jewelry he has on display, but I would especially recommend him if you are looking to get something custom made. We were quoted $1000 for a 2mm 10k gold band, we chose to go with something thinner and then was told the thinner band would be $1000 and the 2mm band was actually $1400, despite us having a voicemail proving that was not the original quote. This was after numerous delays and inconsistencies including: -waiting 2 weeks just to get a quote -voicemails saying items would be ready a certain day only to come in and find out they were never ordered -asking for 10k gold and being given prices for 14k gold without knowing. We contacted the owner and they sort of apologized but also denied that any of things mentioned above happened despite us having proof based off voicemails they left. It was also implied I was only upset due to the stress of wedding planning since this was suppose to be my wedding band which felt super dismissive. We were offered either $50 off or our deposit of $300 back and chose to have our deposit refunded, which we did appreciate.

I love the obsidian wind chimes too - so unique! I've always been interested in crystals, rocks and minerals. This shop has quite a selection of meteorites and the owner is quite knowledgeable about her stuff. If you have questions about the properties, she also has a book which describes which stone has certain attributes. Great selection of moldavite - the green, glassy substance formed roughly 15 million years ago, give or take when a meteorite (or some fiery thing from space) hit the earth and formed these beautiful gems. She also has a jeweler that makes custom moldavite rings! I was very tempted by a beautiful ring that had two moldavite stones surrounding a Siberian amethyst. Located on the corner, the store has lots of light and character and the owner is a lovely person who is passionate about her stuff!
