He was delightful and made good bloody Marys and chasers for us and even tried to get Nascar on the tv for me but it actually wasn't on yet in the day but he was willing to try. Bar is very clean. They even have a quarter machine (like all bars in WI) which I absolutely love and you can even win a bottle of Moon shine if you are really lucky. The back patio looks very nice also. It offers high top seating with banquet style seating in a dining area off the bar. It is decorated with photos of old Hollywood stars. Our group tried a little of everything during our visit. Fish fry, chicken Parmesan sandwich, meatloaf, pizza and a chicken sandwich were ordered by the group. One member of the group said his chicken Parmesan was the best he'd ever had. It could be prepared three ways. I took the house special corn meal. I received a hearty portion. Like all meals eaten, it came out hot and well prepared. I eat a lot and the four piece meal was not only delicious, but filling. My drinks were nicely priced and mixed nicely by our busy server. She and the cook appeared to be the only staff working during our visit. Overall, we worked past the construction and enjoyed a very good meal at a reasonable price.
