Bought loose all natural teas but they were expensive. From $20 - $30 per bag. I usually buy loose natural teas at my local farmers market in Tracy and they are $15 per bag no matter what type of tea is is. It was quiet since I arrived right at 10am when it opens. Not many people at all walking around. The tea vendor was nice but seemed nervous, which I thought was odd. Unless this was his first time selling. It is a family run home grown teas.

The parking situation is a bit close to impossible which would really be the only con, but the neighborhood is super walkable so once you find a spot, take a stroll and earn the ham and cheese croissant I'll promise you you'll want to try! As you head out from the BART station walk along Adeline in the opposite direction of Berkeley Bowl in the direction of Flacos. Keep walking for a bit & you will see them on the right hand side of Adeline. Lots of organic produce here. Some of it maybe a bit costly yet fresh as you can imagine as the blueberries I picked up were picked the morning that I bought them. I like that it is compact, lots of variety, & w/ heaps of organics. I do a lot of my own cooking as I frequently make smoothies for breakfast along w/ stews w/ whole grains for lunch along w/ dinner. I have recently gotten into making different customized trail mixes. I picked up some blueberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, squash, & almonds. Other items that I saw that looked interesting that I didn't pick up were avocados & sprouts. Look forward to returning here again soon!

Everything smelled amazing. In fact, we could smell the fresh basil one vendor was selling from across the street! We were pleased to see that the market also accepts SNAP/EBT; we haven't seen many markets that do that! We strolled through and popped into each stand. The produce is simply incredible The colors are so vibrant! See attached picture for reference. We purchased 2 small bottles of apple cider and a berry scone from 2 separate vendors. The cider was refreshing and tasty, and the scone was incredible! The scone was large, pillowy, and had pockets of fresh baked berries. Very good. In conclusion: this is a great farmers market! I'm excited to explore the other markets in Berkeley. Check this one out next weekend!

We purchased strawberries, blueberries and apples. We came towards the end of the market and the bakery vendor was selling their baked goods two for the price of one! This is a sweet market and I look forward to stopping by the next time in the area on a Sunday morning!
