Initially I was getting my toes done and kept instructing the lady to cut my toe nails short. After three attempts for her saying she did and then filed briefly, I gave up and cut them afterwards at home. Then the color was wrong on my toes and when I tried to tell her (she didn't speak english) the man running the front got involved and said the color would change. It did not and I hate the color. Then she moved on to my gel nails where i asked her to really trim my cuticles well... she did not. Then the color always wrong and she was doing SUPER THIN layers so i asked for a third coat. She argued and I argued back so the man instructed her to do a third coat. Also thin. After paying $100 dollars WITHOUT tip, my colors wringing, nails not trimmed, cuticles not trimmed AND ALL THE GEL STARTED PEELING in 3 days. This entire experience lasted over 2 hrs and was horrible. I made it through my photos and bridal shower and had to removed the gel and redo myself at home. Such a waste of money. Don't bother here. Not to mention, the guy was very rude to customers.

Got married & moved 40 minutes away from the closest PBT but kept the hold (small service fee that can be used as credit) on the account in HOPES of one day starting it back up - ONE DAY never came. Staff has ALWAYS been NICE & ALWAYS SUPER HELPFUL & VERY patient with beginner tanners. Last night I finally decided to cancel (close to closing I was in the area for a meeting & went in & the staff as always came to my rescue & helped me cancel - didn't look at me crossed-eyed - and carefully helped me spend my credit on products.
