He never spoke to me, and I couldn't communicate with him because he clearly didn't want to be bothered. After he cut me, he wiped the blood with a solution but didn't acknowledge it or apologize. My nails are sloppy looking -- polish on my skin, visible bubbles, and uneven application. I paid but didn't tip because $45 was a waste of money. Oh, and the "massage" at the end was literally a pea-sized amount of lotion rubbed on my hands for a few seconds. At that point I asked another stylist to help remove the towel in my hair as I wasn't comfortable having someone rush to cut and dry my hair in 15 minutes. If their appointments typically last over an hour I could have made that work, but their scheduling tool was clear that it would last 2-3. Initially I was getting my toes done and kept instructing the lady to cut my toe nails short. After three attempts for her saying she did and then filed briefly, I gave up and cut them afterwards at home. Then the color was wrong on my toes and when I tried to tell her (she didn't speak english) the man running the front got involved and said the color would change. It did not and I hate the color. Then she moved on to my gel nails where i asked her to really trim my cuticles well... she did not. Then the color always wrong and she was doing SUPER THIN layers so i asked for a third coat. She argued and I argued back so the man instructed her to do a third coat. Also thin. After paying $100 dollars WITHOUT tip, my colors wringing, nails not trimmed, cuticles not trimmed AND ALL THE GEL STARTED PEELING in 3 days. This entire experience lasted over 2 hrs and was horrible. I made it through my photos and bridal shower and had to removed the gel and redo myself at home. Such a waste of money. Don't bother here.
