My boyfriend was in town for a work conference and let me tag along, so my week mostly involved sitting poolside and reading, but I eventually ventured into town and found myself at this great thrift shop with a ton of fun stations. I went home with a couple of shirts, and one frame picture that I had to ship via FedEx after purchasing, and I love every purchase I made. Reasonable prices and some of the sections were half-off the listed prices. Not overly crowded, in the sense that you could walk through each area pretty easily, but also obviously very popular for sellers. In fact, my uber driver said that getting a station to sell here requires a 5-year wait list, which he was already on and had been waiting for a couple of years already. If you like thrifting or just enjoy antiques and collectibles, this market is huge and has two floors to browse. There is a historic park nearby and a bakery if you need to take a break or refuel mid-shopping. Such a fun experience and very friendly staff.

She humiliated me in front of the other customers and refused to honor the extra voucher I brought in from an organization. Also, her team that work with her at the checking counter--lacked people skills and was not courteous as well. I was extremely disappointed and sad about the bad treatment.

The address was 580 N Main while all I could find near there was the Family Dollar store at 590 N Main. Since that store was located next to the freeway exit, I just headed home - done with my search. I do not live locally and was only in town for a short period of time handling the estate, so timing and communication were important. The home contains quality furnishings, including a Taylor King sectional, a custom Vanguard dresser, a large Restoration Hardware rug, and other high-end items. After nearly three weeks of back-and-forth communication, they finally were going to come out on March 13 and picked up only two items--a sideboard and a rug. To my surprise, after our conversation with the driver on his way, they then declined the rug. I decided to tell him not to even come, and I would not be doing business with them and that their business structure was extremely unprofessional and excruciatingly painful to deal with. During prior communication, they asked what price I hoped to get for the rug. I suggested $800 for a $3000 rug as a starting point, fully acknowledging that I did not expect to recover what I originally paid. I specifically asked for their professional input since this is their business and they know the resale market. Instead of providing guidance, I was simply told my price "wasn't their happy price." That was the extent of the explanation. The entire process was unnecessarily frustrating. Communication is routed through a receptionist who acts as a gatekeeper, making it impossible to speak directly with the person actually making the consignment decisions. Everything is filtered through short emails or secondhand messages, which creates confusion and delays. For a business that relies on consignors bringing them quality merchandise, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and inefficient process is surprising. Clearing out an estate is already difficult, and this experience only made it more frustrating. I would not recommend working with this company. Their communication structure and overall business approach are not consumer-friendly.

She can be really rude, and seems to have a chip on her shoulder all the time. We had some items consigned with the store, and we went to check our items, and some of them were not there any longer. Jackie said they had expired based on the contract we had signed. She was really rude about it, and said "read your contract". It was only 1 day from the date the items expired. A few of the items were over $300. She said they had been donated, but a week later I went into the store and there were my items with the prices lower than previously. Jackie and another lady by the name of Jerolyn got very nasty with me and so I left. Very rude! Very unprofessional. "BEWARE" if you bring your items to the store. They do not care about their consignors.
