Departments do not communicate between each other adequately and they have failed to refill my prescription after prescription refill appointments not once but twice in the last two years, resulting in painful weeks waiting for my medication. I've currently been calling and leaving messages every day this week begging for the refill I paid to have done two months ago with no response from any practitioner. I will be seeking a new doctor to monitor my autoimmune disease and administer my refills.

I was charged $44 for 4 units botox to relax the muscle. It resolved the issue caused by them and an additional charge to me. My lips are fine, though I feel they aren't full enough. The rest of my botox seems okay. I am sure this was not the norm, but they should have taken care of it with no additional charge to me.
