This Mall is normally very refreshing clean environment where you feel safe walking around while shopping and eating. This time was different there was a lot of teenagers. (Let me keep it real a bunch of Little YN's) I mean from the minute you parked your car you had a groups of teens smoking weed in the parking lot in between cars. There were different groups of 5-6 teens just walking around talking loud and being very obnoxious throughout the mall. It was never like that before having so much unsupervised teens. Definitely did not see a lot of security as prior visits so honestly I got my stuff and kept it moving. With how these teenagers are acting these days you see crowds of them and you just know it's time to go.

Microcenter is OK; best when you order online and just run in and pick up. Liquidators is ok if you know what to buy. You'll probably walk out of there more pissed off by the service you received and the inconsiderate patrons that you have to contend with. There's no other store I would want to visit and we normally don't venture there unless it's to visit a specific store for a specific reason. No window shopping...

I was looking for pants for my son in the kids section, started looking for styles and sizes. As I was checking a rack, this staff member stood beside me and started going through the same rack. Whenever I touched any, she will proceed to put it in place. I went to another rack to give her space but she followed me and did the same. I wasn't in any way leaving the rack messy. This staff member is just so insensitive, invading my space and very rude. I looked at her and she stared at me, not saying anything at all. I left the store because I just couldn't deal with her attitude.

I have fond memories of Sears but this Target is a great replacement. There is plenty of parking and several food options nearby. It is two floors filled with all the local items. I have stopped by here many times to pick up some clothes and snacks.The family loves to wander around and pick up some Starbucks during their trip. This place is great for quick pickups and wandering around. I come by here to pick up the occasional juice or milk run. I will probably still go to the Stop and Shop nearby for my grocery shopping.

Grocery is hit or miss here; I wasn't super impressed with their produce selection. Their prices also seem to be off. For example, a store brand jar of nuts was $17 here while it was $12 at the Target in Mount Vernon.

Fui al banco (Chase) para decirles del caso y me dicen que ya ha pasado 5 veces ... y ya listo. yo vi 2 carros vi 3 personas y no revisan camaras ni avisan a la policia. Fui a la oficina de seguridad del cross country y ellos tampoco sabian nada ... Solo dijeron que eso no era un crimen ... Bueno parece que los clientes del Cross Country no valemos la pena como para que ellos presten mucha atencion. Osea de ahora en adelante USTED estara por su propia cuenta y riesgo ... My family and I went to see Santa today and I could not have had a worse experience. We actually…read morenever saw him because of the horrible management of this attraction. The Cross County website clearly says that they accept walk-ins through 12/24, even if they have full reservations. I got there and was allowed to get online..and then when I had been online for more than 1 hr, staff came outside to say that they were no longer taking walk-ins and they didn't know why we were allowed to get online. After waiting in the cold for more than an hour. Then they said they would take ppl but had to "catch up" on reservations before they would take us. After another hour of waiting, walk-in families started to leave and still they ignored us. Instead of taking let's say one batch of reservations and just ONE family on walk ins, they just left us out there in the cold for hours and weren't even apologetic. Security were making side comments like "You should have went to an indoor mall" and were generally passing around misinformation, I mean they were the ones that let us on the line to begin with!!! I personally saw a woman with a 3 month old, beg after 2 hours to be let in...she had to beg...it's freaking Christmas!!!! After they finally let her in, they left the remaining 3 families of walk-ins online literally out in the cold. At least 15- 20 min went by between photos of families as we got to watch from outside as staff laughed with eachother in the little Santa house. When the did come out to claim a new batch of reservations (while ignoring the walk-ins that were patiently waiting), they blamed new ownership for a new process that was apparently was obscenely inefficient and used this new process as their rationale for the disaster that was this experience. Families literally froze while watching through the window as Santa just sat idle in his chair for long periods of time while staff dealt with the "new process". It was beyond ridiculous. These people were laughing with eachother indoors while babies froze. People on the walk-in line kept giving up and it came down to only TWO families waiting. Just me and one other family. That was it...but they refused to accommodate. Though I was determined to get in after waiting and freezing all that time, at hour 3 I finally gave up, after an employee ignored my plea to let just one of the two walk in families in with each batch of reservations group they accepted. He literally ignored me, wouldn't even look at me as I held my child as asked if he could let us go with this batch after waiting 3 hrs. Again, this is freaking Christmas!!!!! It was appalling. I finally threw in the towel. It was a disgusting display of mistreatment and Cross Country should be ashamed. NEVER again will I attempt to go there for Santa and honestly I will think twice about going there to shop. This was a mall I spent most of my childhood going to...it was where I went to see Santa and all of those memories are now officially tainted by this awful, awful experience. And honestly as angry as I was, I can't imagine how those with reservations felt as many of them were waiting for hours as well Do NOT bring your children here. It's a shit show.
