This location can be a hit and miss. Majority of the time the store is in chaos so very crowded and messy. Today I went early so was there 10 minutes after the store opened. Found a lot of great quality woman's clothing very cute ecstatics with great prices. Even though I came in for Graduation items only lol. Lines weren't crazy long so that was a plus. Alert: Woman please be aware of your surrounding I was followed to my car by two men that was standing next to me at the register. As I was placing things in my truck they nonchalantly came behind me to strike up a conversation I felt like I was being backed into my car until someone drove up and parked closer to my vehicle. First and foremost, I am a frequent Marshall's/ HomeGoods shopper - big fan of the brand and by now am privy to how the stores are typically managed. Whoever runs this Marshall's should be embarrassed. They have no customer service whatsoever. The store is constantly in shambles & unsafe (robbed frequently). They refuse to accept returns (with or without) proof of purchase & cannot clearly answer questions about the return policy. Basically, you're expected to frequent this store as opposed to the other Marshall's in the area, but you can't make a return! It shouldn't be THIS hard. read more

Better than some other locations I've visited but the chance of finding all those great items like you see on the commercials doesn't happen all that often. I swear, those stores must be on one-horse towns, where no one has fashion sense so all they have are great items. I'm not one who enjoys rack shopping and searching for deals but this is definitely a go-to for my workout apparel, some home decor items, undies and the occasional accessory. read more

If I could say a nice thing or two about this place - it's cleaner and better maintained than it's "sister" store TJ Maxx, which is right downstairs. I usually don't come in here too often, but much like it's "sister" store TJ Maxx, you can find SOME decent things in here for a good enough price. The store is cleaner and neater than the one downstairs and a little emptier customer-wise. I came in here for luggage and while it had generally the same basic layout as TJ Maxx did, it was a neater and cleaner layout. And by "cleaner" I mean the actual luggage itself. Plus, several I looked at actually had the components still inside and not stolen or torn off! What a bonus! I found what I needed and went to the line. If you have a good book with you, it might be a good idea to read while you wait......and wait......and wait for it's staff to actually do their job. With only 2 registers open and only one couple in front of me, I was waiting there for almost 15 minutes. Unacceptable in the retail work. And I have worked retail. When I finally got to a register, the cashier was just .......blah. Not friendly. Slow. And someone who should not be employed. Yes, it's retail - but you applied for the job, so get over whatever issues you have and leave them at the door. While I don't expect exquisite customer service at this location or the TJ Maxx downstairs, a basic batch of customer service would be not asking for too much. Located on the second floor in the indoor mall at Cross County, it's not a bad bet if you're looking to get something for a relatively decent price. This will be short and brief since the pictures speak volumes! This Marshals location is conveniently close to me. I wanted to pick up a bathroom set and a comforter and sheet set. BAD IDEA. This location was a disaster!! I've never seen any Marshals so disgustingly messy like this in my life!! Not even during the holidays I've seen it like this. Put it this way, everything was thrown on the floor! EVERYTHING!! It almost looked like someone purposely went in and pulled everything from the shelves and threw everything on the floor! Do I want to purchase pillows or towels that have been on the floor for I don't even know how long!!? That's disgusting. Of course I walked right out! Why I ever try to give this location a repeated visit? It repeatedly is the most pathetic messy disappointing Marshall's location ever, and it is only minimally better than that other loser T J Maxx locates in the plaza. Both are the worst of the worst. They are all same brand and style , with tag price is $4.99 but there is one has different price tag is 5.99 and there another one doesn't have price tag, the cashier charged me with $ 5.99. I told her thay are same but why there is $5.99 and she charged me another one is $5.99 she said they are different but when I got home I checked them they are all the same. read more

Working here is the worst experience ever. Disrespectful customers & staff. No proper communication. This place honestly makes me not want to shop at all. I look at retail completely different because of this place. 12 hour shifts on your feet with 1 break is definitely not worth 12 bucks an hour. Some of the shoes are fake too. This store is poorly manage. Yesterday, I went to purchase two shirts that was on the clearance rack. When I went to the register they rang up at full price. Most store would honor there listed prices, even if was in error on there behave but not in this savage store. The eight foot savage here aka the (manager) persisted to augue with me and refuse to honor this store clearance prices. Stay far away from this store. Didn't find it as bad as some of the other reviewers had. I've always heard that it's very messy and unorganized in there but was quite pleasantly surprised to find things in order, everything where it should be, sizes, gender clothes, etc all in their right places, you get the picture. I went a week before Christmas and was able to do most of my shopping there. You can't beat the prices and everyone loved their gifts that I got them. The only thing is that you really have to look through each rack to find what you're looking for. Brand names are not separated like in some stores so you'll be doing a lot of looking, but it wasn't bad and I found decent items pretty quickly. The store seemed neat to me that day so I can't comment on that. The lines were long yes, but it a week before Christmas and I have to say they do move pretty fast!! I will be going back here again to shop! read more
