We are about to blow dry my hair and she says "Your hair is dirty." I asked well didn't you just wash it... she lets me know because I said I washed it recently she wasn't going to waste time washing it. But I was paying for it lol. So she re washed it. Check out time comes and she charged me $87.00. Then proceeds to take it down to $82.00. Insult to injury she then says she does not have it set up to pay with my card and that I have to ApplePay her. Again being dishonest. There are no signs saying cash only or ApplePay. if I didn't have an Apple device then what? ALSO SHE CHARGED ME $20 for a trim (which was not even done nicely) Keep in mind my hair is not long and fairly manageable. This is why business is slow. Spend your money elsewhere.
