Courtney is a true artist, perfectionist, and expert in permanent makeup. I had the unfortunate experience of getting my brows micro bladed by Boulder Brows one year ago. After countless touch ups and $800, my result was grey/purple brows. Apparently color choice matters equally to shape & technique, the technician at Boulder Brows was inexperienced & I've looked horrid for 13 months!! I contacted Courtney and she is outstanding! Unlike other weekend trainings, Courtney offers 132 hours of extensive permanent cosmetic makeup education. She takes the time to teach color matching, and personalized brow shaping so everyone has a unique shape not a one size/shape fits all. I would never recommend Courtney Stevens to anyone looking to learn modern permanent makeup techniques. She has no talent, no eye for beauty or desire to learn new techniques. I've made a mistake taking her fundamental permanent makeup course. Her skills were very primitive and outdated, she is stuck in 90th with thin block eyebrows, when the industry moved on to completely different style over decade ago. Her only advanced class she took about 5 years ago was Softtap class, which is very old and traumatic style of permanent makeup. Please do not waste your time and money on her course, you will learn nothing good. UPDATE: Perhaps next time before defamation someone's character you will check your facts. You were the one providing false information regarding state regulations intentionally to get me in trouble. You were the one who offered help with a difficult client, then you told her to call DORA with the complaint. You acted like nothing happened trying to give me a hug on the day of graduation You've tried to destroy my livelihood, my passion, my "American Dream" that I've worked so hard toward.
