My sister called and made an appointment for 3pm for 2 dip/ gel manicures. Took my sister first and all ladies were busy so I waited. My sister was told to log in but it was never mentioned to me to sign in. I figured we were both under her sign in. One nail technician finished her client at 3:30 and then went in the back after moving me up to the nail bar. She began eating a banana and watching tv next to the pedicure chairs with another lady. I figured oh she's taking a quick break then will be with me. Understandable. My sister was done with her dip appointment at 4pm. Still nobody had begun with me. I kept looking at the freed up technician and she kept watching tv. The lady in the back never came up to work on my nails. I walked out with my sister when she was done as I had a meeting at 4:30. Precisely why we had made the appointments for 3pm. Extremely frustrated as I took work off for the appointment and never even got my nails done. I am not one to cause a scene so I walked out with my sister instead of having my nails done. After the appointment, my sister told me the lady had grabbed the wrong color. Very poor communication. I used to go to this salon back in college and always had good experiences. Very very disappointed. And yes.... I had time to write this all out while I was waiting to not be served. read more

Amazing!! Especially for the price, which is incredibly reasonable. I paid the same amount 3 weeks ago to get my nails completely botched, and this place could be charging a lot more for the great job they do (I'm glad they're not). A couple weeks ago I got a really bad set at another nail salon, uneven and inconsistent shape, lumpy, weird colors, the works. When I came in today, she managed to COMPLETELY fix the mistakes of the other salon with just a rebase! It would have been easier for her to just redo them herself, and charge me more, but she took the time to really fix my nails and they look amazing! I could not be more upset. I wasted time and money here. My nails look like a middle school girl did them. I didn't have cuticles done on either my hands or feet. No hand or arm massage either. I didn't want to make a fuss because after 2 hours I just wanted to get out of there! I will never ever go back here no matter how nice the staff was which is very unfortunate. Do not go here if you want a job well done that is thorough. I really wanted to just go and relax and have my nails done but that was not the case. read more

Still in search of a meticulous, beautiful manicure. Did not find it here. I have been getting gel and shellac manicures since 2009 and this was one of the worst. My nails had bubbles and were rough after 3 days! This is not supposed to happen. A good gel and/or a shellac manicure is smooth, shiny and last 2-3 weeks. It also was applied very sloppy, and the edges are faint and messy. I'm getting it re-done elsewhere as soon as possible. Unfortunately I'm out $30 + the tip and the time wasted at this salon. read more

Love the gals here. They are always so sweet and give a great mani/pedi! Shellac is always a good way to go, they are attentive and gentle as well because I have sensitive nail beds but they make sure to be careful and not hurt me. I also love how they pay close attention to cleanliness so you don't have to worry about contamination. read more

I'm used to came to this salon for years with the previous owner name "Tracy", but I have to say goodbye to it, cause the salon start getting dirty and dirty every time I'm there. And Tracy always on the phone talk so loud during working on the customer. But I had stop by one time to get my pedicure for an emergency occasion. I had have a wonderful clean,sanitize, natural stuff for the first time in my life. And the service had been done from the new manager there, her name was Gigi, she and her family had took over the salon. Now I'm feel clean and safe when I'm there. Tip Toe Nails is moderately priced. I paid $35 for a regular mani-pedi. The environment is clean and friendly. The technicians always do a great job and are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that management is very pushy about upgrades the entire time. It personally makes me uncomfortable when I have already declined and asked for just a regular mani/pedi, and am consistently hounded to upgrade and try new products and services. No, thank you means NO. Other than that, it would be nice to see new colors (seasonal) and Essie polish as well. read more

I don't know why this place doesn't have reviews but I'm glad I found it. I've been here a few time for pedicures and eyebrow wax and my experience has always been good. I've had a different person each time with a few of them going above and beyond. They were really slow one day and had the nail tech give me a full on 5 minutes massage. I will never go here again. People very nice but did not listen to me when I said I did not want an up grade, and I got charged for a service I did not want in the first place. I have gone here twice and both times my shellac nail polish has not been done properly and looks awful. If you are looking for a place that listens to what you want and you want things to be done correctly and look great DO NOT GO HERE. First shellac set had tiny little bubbles under the surface of each nail. The dremmel tool zapped my cuticle and burned a bit of skin under another nail. 2 weeks later I went for a rebase. The very next day I noticed the shellac pulling away from 3 of my nails at the tips. Each concern was met with shoulder shrugging. I won't be back. read more

I really enjoyed myself at Tip Toe Nails. I got a pink and white, which was at a moderate price. You get way more than you pay for! My nails are always done with good quality so I go back at least once a week. The workers are friendly and not pushy like other salons, the overall experience is great. WORST MANICURE EVER!!!! PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! The technician who did my manicure seemed distracted from the moment I sat down. She started to file my nails with a sawing motion while watching TV and chatting to her friends. I asked her if I should be soaking my other fingers in the bowl of sudsy water she had prepared, while she sawed away on my other hand and she waved away my question. I should have spoken up and asked her to file my nails in one direction, as they have chipped and broken easily when filed as she did, but I decided to let her continue. As she was using the tool to push my cuticles back, she was chatting with a co-worker, not paying attention and she impaled my finger, which began to bleed profusely. I pulled back my finger and she grabbed my hand again, not apologizing, simply waving off her offense with a smile and starting work on my other hand. As she worked, she kept trying to up-sell me on pedicure, massage, waxing services, etc. I politely declined every time she asked, but she persisted. Again, I should have simply left the establishment at that point, but I decided to simply ask her to skip this part and just put polish on my nails. She made faces and shouted out something to her friends something that was evidently hysterical, as it made them laugh, although I don't understand her language. As she looked for another bottle of the polish I asked for, (the woman next to me liked it too and needed it first), I got up to rinse off the blood and put a band-aid on my finger. When I got back to the table she asked me what happened to my finger????? I said I put a band-aid on it to stop the bleeding and, again, instead of acknowledging her mistake, she simply shrugged, smiled and started practically dumping polish on my nails. There was no undercoat, only one coat of polish, unprofessionally applied, and no topcoat!!! Throughout this ordeal, she persisted in trying to up-sell more services. Now, however, when I politely declined, she scowled at me. When she was through she pushed away from the table and told me to put my hands under a small heat lamp she had left on the table. I waited for my friend to finish her pedicure then got up to pay and leave the store. Needless to say, I paid for the horrible $25 manicure but left no tip. Two days later, my nails started chipping and breaking. My friend complained that the pedicure she received was uneven and sloppy as well. Horribly unprofessional!!! read more
