I called the phone number / I was told that TODAY they were opening at 11:30 instead. So they obviously lost my business. How can customers trust a business that doesn't even follow its own hours. They obviously don't care if customers are inconvenienced. Let's not support this business. They aren't here to support our community. Plenty of other more reliable options.

We spoke with the owner and she walked us through the whole design and layout process. We received the shirts with time to spare and they look and feel great! We have since ordered a few engraved, wooden signs for our home and as gifts and they look wonderful. Supporting local businesses is important to me and BrickHouse makes it easy to support them. Every time that I have been into the shop I have been warmly greeted and allowed to browse without being hounded to buy something.
