The staff are super nice & they act like they actually want to be there, which makes the experience even better. I ended up leaving w/ way more than I planned but honestly it's impossible not to. They have a nice selection of T-shirts, sorted by size, which made things super easy to find my size. They also have witch hats, which everyone seems to want and have while in Salem, and again, they are affordably priced, whereas others charge $30 or more. This is a really nice shop and definitely a place where you'll find lots of options.

There were no fitting rooms in the store (at least that I could see), so I had to make my best guess with the size. Once at home and trying them on, with the tags still attached, they were too small. I bought them back and went to the front to ask to return them. The young girl working the register wanted to help but owner immediately started saying in a snappy attitude that there were no returns whatsoever. The best they could do was offer me to exchange for a different size, but even then, the fit was still off. At that point, I was so disgusted at their terrible customer service that I didn't want the shorts anymore at all. Funny enough, if you look at their website, they offer refunds for items purchased online. It would be one thing if just a few people had this terrible customer service experience but if you read through their reviews, about 50% of people have noted this to be the case. I know I will never return to Twilight House and will not take friends visiting from out of town there either.
