Oscar simply told me that it was not possible to change the order. Not sure what you heard on your end, but that's the truth. I would have been open to that. Also, the door I received is not custom, it is a standard size, only the framework around the door is "custom" as is ANY door frame. Here is the language from my contract: "Re-frame the opening to accept a door: 5/0 x 6/8" And from Google: Yes, a 5/0 x 6/8 (60 inches wide by 80 inches tall) is a standard size for Neuma's sliding doors. Neuma offers this specific size as part of its standard offerings, particularly for its Bypass Gliding Doors." So actually, switching my order to French doors would have simply involved extra paperwork. Update: I am lowering my review to one star because Exovations refuses to address the door issue. After a few months it has become apparent that I can't use the heavy glass patio doors they installed. I am disabled and over 65. It is very difficult for me to pull open the heavy door due to a spine injury, and I have tripped on the large threshold. I sent an email to them before installation, stating I needed the door opening to be at least 40" wide to accommodate a wheelchair, and they gave me one that opens to only 22" wide. I recently emailed them to ask that they change out the patio door to French doors, which I wanted in the first place, and they refused. It will now cost me thousands of dollars to have the door replaced.

We went and picked our slabs and had them delivered to Art Rock's shop. We then decided to do a full gut and remodel of our kitchen. Renaldo was kind enough to hold our original 3 slabs from June until February when he installed them. No extra charge, and never gave me a hard time about it. FANTASTIC service. This shop specializes in fabricating countertops, (primarily quartz and granite), so we thought that we would stop in to see what they had to offer. We were immediately greeted by Walter who was our escort for the visit. He did a great job of introducing us to the various products they have available. We were able to go into the workshop to see the slabs and even take photos. Unfortunately, photos never do justice to beautiful stones or other materials as the color is just not as vibrant. However, I did take a photo of the name and description of the slabs that I liked for future reference. Prices are located directly on the products but do not include cutting the openings or specific types of details for finishing the edges. We gave him a rough estimate of measurements and he will be sending an estimate via e-mail. If you need a kitchen sink, they sell them here as well. Don't get caught up on the floors as I did because they are very cool yet very distracting. They have various materials laid on the floor as samples and I actually found a travertine design that I really like. They just allowed me to wander around freely looking at materials which at one point led into an office. The worker was very gracious in allowing me to check out the floor and take a photo. I have found that people are really quite generous if I simply tell them that I am nosy and want to have a closer look at something. Of course that's true and it's hard to look at countertop materials without considering the floor because they all have to relate to one another for a cohesive look. If you are looking for professionalism and great customer service, look no further because Art Rock Creations delivers!

He came right on time, and after telling him why we wanted this, he gave his opinions, and pricing....no overselling at all. The work was scheduled ...again the 2 installers were right on time. We wanted this because our neighbors had trees cut down that affected our shade, and high amount of sun. After getting the scheduled installation, we decided to get a few more windows as well. Pricing and work done was great. It did take a little time to get used to the difference, but now we love it, and our electric bill is noting the change.

I sent these same photos to Bob and he began blowing me off and said "I'll fit you in when i can." I had to use a different phone and he picked right up after ignoring my calls from the first phone i used to text him. This guy is unprofessional and dismissive and rude.
