I had seen their truck in my neighborhood so when I was ready we met Melissa in the store. We wanted a large, remote shade and drapes. This is not my strong suit but they had lots of samples to look at. We chose the fabric for the shade right away. We chose several possibilities for the drapery fabric. Melissa came out and measured and helped us choose the correct fullness for the drapes and material. They arrived and had been mis-measured! One two inches short and another set 2" long. Very disappointing! Listen to this- at 5:00 pm they called a seamstress back to work and Melissa herself went in and corrected the other pair! By 10:30 the next morning my draperies were hung and beautiful. They have my business for life! Getting ready to order another shade. Great people, great service, and quality work. read more

Millie's Drapery did a super job for me. I brought in my grandmother's sofa that had good bones but had seen better days. Melissa helped me look through fabric for almost 2 hours. Se listened to what I hoped to accomplish and then even picked out the fabric. When I picked up the sofa, it was beautiful!! The upholsterer had to fix the bottom of the sofa before working on it. The owners and staff at Millie's are perfect professionals, and they want to make sure their clients are completely satisfied. We had design services, drapes, and blinds in our home. We even had some issues when I changed my mind on some colors and one of the owners came to my home the next day to go over other options. I'm so happy I chose this local company. I don't understand the other reviews. I have worked with this company on 3 different occasions, twice on my last home and once on my current home and have had nothing, but great experiences with them. The owners and the employees are top notch. I recommended them to my boss and they installed custom work which he was very satisfied with and is planning on using again. I had thousands of dollars of work done for living room and dinette windows. What I asked for and what I got were two different things. Not only was I told the pattern would match with all the panels and that the hardware would be of good quality and use with ease. They are so far off, store bought would have been cheaper and looked better and would have been of as good a quality. The shades on the windows do not work efficiently and the cords are fraying. I have had four other homes I had custom work done for me. But I have to say the quality and workmanship is the poorest I have ever seen. Not recommended. Find a more reliable group that will give you better quality and better workmanship. read more
