They couldn't credit my credit card because they received a new card reader that would not credit accounts from the old system. They sent the first check to a wrong address. They make it out that it's my fault and I should go to the post office and straighten it out. Fridley is the one that wrote it wrong. They said they corrected it, but the second check went to the same wrong address, I was lucky enough the postman figured it out and I got it. I'm still waiting for a check from October and the act like they do t know how to take care of the problem. Today the business did not open!!! I think a professional business would put a message on the phone.

The moment we walked in recently we noticed things had changed drastically. Brad, who was one of the kindest people ever, was gone due to personal reasons, but aside from his absence, the atmosphere was unprofessional and kind if Walmart-y. Frames and lenses are overpriced, warranty is a joke, and it's a disorganized zoo where no one is available to help you. Try to ask valid questions and the staff shuts you down. Don't count on anyone calling you when your glasses are ready to be picked up. You pretty much need to just stop in to ask someone since no one answers the phone when you call. I hope Dr. Petronak leaves before this place ruins his great reputation. Brad, everyone misses you and we hope you're doing okay.

I paid a lot of money for 7eye Bora glasses with prescription. I need the glasses as I had…read moreradiation treatment that caused severe dry eye. When I received the glasses one lens was defective. It was so thick it didn't fit in the groove of the frame. I sent pics to Grant and asked for him to send the correct lens. He wanted the frames however they are interchangeable and seeing that that didn't help initially why not just send the correct lens? Grant wanted me to have the lenses checked for accuracy before and then send back the frame with lenses. This makes no sense as one lens was simply defective. I should have a defective lens sent back after having it checked by the prescriber? That makes no sense. I think Grant thinks I will give up after making excessive trips sending the lenses back and forth. He eventually agreed to sending me a lens, however, I haven't received or even received a tracking number as I have requested. Grant responded to a review by stating he sent a replacement lens. This is a lie. I have not received in weeks and he refuses to send a tracking number. He ripped me off. Can't wait to see his dishonest response to this. Grant please sending tracking number for the lens you never sent.

I was educated about every step of my exam and even got to see images of my retina! I didn't feel rushed at all and he really took the time to explain his findings and to answer all my questions. Kimberly helped me pick out my frames and suggested enhancements to prevent breakage (which is a necessity with a 9 month old!). Overall their flow of getting you on and out felt seamless. The staff swiftly moved me through all of the steps to check my eyes. I did have to wait for my eyes to dilate, so they had me look at frames to save time instead of sitting in a room waiting. I've always been impressed with how personable all of their staff is, and how much they really want you to be happy in your frames. I picked my frames up 2 weeks later, a week ahead of promised timeframe. Overall if you're looking for an eye clinic in the area, it's an amazing option to choose.

After her horrific experience with the Connecticut eye dr that afternoon, she called me in tears. I called Plymouth Vision myself and explained the challenge. Dr. Herman got on the phone and not only helped me to help her but offered to call her at school. When she didn't answer (because she was still a bit overwhelmed) he called back AGAIN. We have had to go elsewhere for a decade due to insurance and the care from the other providers we saw at other vision centers was pale into comparison to what we have received from Dr. Kreitlow and his staff. Dr. Kreitlow is thorough, gives good explanations of conditions, is personable, and I feel like he cares about the health of my eyes and my ability to completely see the world around me clearly. For the first time in over a decade, I can actually see well without blurred vision and eye strain. The front staff is professional, welcoming, and helpful. I'm loving the new location, its cleanliness, bright waiting area and the best eye doc and staff in the area, in my opinion.
