The swordfish was thick and moist; not dry at all. The beurre blanc balanced the bland spinach and the seasoned swordfish. The creamed potatoes were creamy, buttery's and not too salty. 3.75 Stars - Pan seared Redfish with cube fried potatoes, sauté green beans, beurre blanc sauce and top w a Chilean tomato salsa. The redfish was moist and tasty but I wish it had a little bit seared on it for a crunchy factor. The cubed potatoes were good but nothing to write about. The fresh sauté green beans could have a bit more garlic butter. 3.5 Stars Side dish: Deep Fried Brussel Sprouts. Hot, steamy and fresh. Has a slight crunch on the exterior leaves and was seasoned w a sprinkle of salt. 3.75 Dessert: Crème Brûlée and coffee. The crème brûlée crust was crunchy and the vanilla egg custard was good and smooth. It would have been better was a scoop of fresh whipped cream to go with the fresh fruit and crunchy layer. 5 Stars - French pressed Italian coffee. The coffee was a highlight of the dessert. It was hot, fresh, and strong. Just like an Italian coffee should be. It was between an espresso and caffe' Americano. Our, server, Andrew did a wonderful job on the coffee! The meal included garlic mashed potatoes, as well as string green beans. The green beans weren't super plentiful, but they were good. The mashed potatoes were a little on the cool temperature side, but they were also very good. You don't get much lump crab, but that too was good. One of the folks got a sandwich with their special chips. I had to try the chips, must say they were excellent. The server for as busy as she was, was terrific.
