This was mainly because he had a lot of energy and we were making a lot noise to tire him out so our neighbors were not quite happy about it. Joan helped us relocate the puppy to a new home where the new owners have a house with a backyard which is great for the puppy. Needless to say she fully refunded us, which is what she had in our contract besides a few other important clauses that we came to appreciate at the end. We miss our puppy so much but we are grateful that we worked with Joan who takes a really good care of the puppies and customers. If I could give Joan more that 5 star here I would, but I can't so I took the time to leave this review here.

They easily trusted and bonded to me because they had clearly been shown love & caring in their first 8 weeks. It's heartbreaking to see bad reviews as I've actually had experience dealing with puppy mill dogs, fostering them. I also had the misfortune of discovering an old coworker had been backyard breeding with zero knowledge and sadly, some of her litters died from her carelessness. This is NOT that kind of operation. These puppies are very well cared for. I absolutely respect Ginnie's protection of her puppies, keeping outside elements (humans) from vulnerable immune systems is something I preferred. I have had a vet come over and check both pups upon returning home (two years ago and this week), both vets have exclaimed how social and healthy they were/are -- that it was a reflection of a really good upbringing. Your pup has not been riding around in vehicles prior to Ginnie bringing them to you, it would be ridiculous to expect zero carsickness. My first pup got carsick on our first drive, my second didn't. Both pups peed in my carriers on my drives, they're not dirty -- they're puppies. Ginnie definitely is not very technologically advanced and I attribute that to her lifestyle not shadiness. Not getting constant individual updates (although she does update her site every couple weeks with new pictures) nor constant email communication didn't bother me one bit (even as a software programmer). I wholeheartedly recommend Ginnie and her GoldenDoodles. If we get a third, I would absolutely choose Ginnie again.

That alone made me question the level of care being given to the animals. I also purchased 9 neon green rasboras for my community tank. I live only about a two-minute walk from the store, yet 6 of the fish were dead by the time I got home. The remaining three died off one by one shortly after. When we called the store to ask about a refund, we were informed there had been an outbreak of ich in the neon green rasbora tank. We were also told that one fish was already dead in the tank at the time of purchase. This information was not disclosed to us before buying them. Between witnessing fish being mishandled, the lack of transparency about disease in the tanks, and the rapid loss of every fish we purchased, I cannot recommend this store. The fish do not appear to be properly cared for, and the staff did not seem knowledgeable or forthcoming about the health of their livestock. I hope the store improves its animal care practices and communication with customers moving forward.

It was updated a few times as I was shopping. This is great as you get to see the pups, parents, development as well as availability. The facility it self is very clean and all of the puppies are well maintained. I was initially asked by my vet "if the breeder seemed to know what they were doing" and I was able to answer confidently YES! The puppies were well groomed and bathed, and all taken care of . Nicole was very kind and responsive throughout the whole process. No question is unanswered, and she is honest about the puppies available. I can't thank her enough for the care package she sent us home with and the care she has for her litters. Even down to a "welcome home" package that really hooked us up. She really cares about the puppies and the homes they go to. This means a lot to me!! As far as the puppy I got, she is a dream. While the standard poodles are acclaimed for their intelligence, mine has been a more than responsive to training. Compared to other breeds I have had, this one had been a breeze to raise. These poodles are people magnets and charmers. People can't walk past her without asking for a pet!! I couldn't have asked for anything more from Precisely Poodles and Nicole, and am so thankful for the puppy!
