We thought their posts were funny, informative and detailed, so we took the plunge to interview them, along with some other realtors before we listed our condo. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. The Lugos are such a wonderful, responsive and knowledgeable set of real estate agents. Selling in this market isn't terribly hard, but the Lugos still made sure our listing was presented in the best possible light (literally, the photos made it look like we lived in a light filled paradise). Buying in this market is a nightmare, but the Lugos didn't let us lose hope. They guided us through multiple house offer situations that didn't end up panning out (usually due to someone offering $40K above list price). For the home we ended up buying, Bryce was able to negotiate with the sellers to accept our offer even though it was the first one. We were going to offer a higher amount, but Bryce suggested we try a lower price first and it worked!
