When we approached Hyson, we had some pretty specific needs: a venue without a kitchen, a large headcount, and a menu that was "Persian-influenced." He was ready (and excited) to tackle it all and was very hands-on--he designed a gorgeous menu, hosted an incredible tasting, and led a very helpful walk-through of the venue. Since the wedding, we have received nothing but glowing feedback about the food. So many people have gone out of their way to say how delicious it was, how they went up for seconds (or thirds!) and/or cleaned their plates, and how beautifully he fused Persian and Western cuisine.
